  2. Noting special and it's really situational - Your back against the corner CH AA 5B/5C(1) > CT stuff. An e.g. will be IB Jin's 5C/2C and then punish 6B CH AA 5B > CT > 5C > 2C > Jakou* > 5C** > 6C > 5D > 66 S.ressenga > dash 5C > 2C > 2D*** > JC5 > Hiren [5488/28 heat] * - If 2C > Jakou whiff, delay Jakou ** - Some characters require you to walk back slightly before pressing 5C if you start the combo very near to the corner. e.g. Relius. This applies to the standard corner bnb also. *** - I noticed that dash 5C > 2C > 2D whiffs on Carl and Makoto and maybe some others.. so just go with 5C > 2C > 4D in this case. Applies to the standard corner bnb too. 5C(1) gives [5557/28 heat] For 5c(2) to work, the opponent must be at a certain height (using Relius as an e.g. Relius' feet around Haz's head area), too low and CT will whiff usually. [5814/30 heat]
  3. Just tried it out and it seems that it will whiffs on crouch blocking Hakumen if you just input 5A pause 5A pause 5A. Now if you just mash 5A, the second 5A onwards will hit Hakumen. This is probably due to Hakumen's hurtbox when he starts shifting into blocking animation. Also it will rarely whiff when Hakumen is crouch barrier blocking. Thanks!

  5. Just clearing the CH 5C stuff. Apparently CH 5C(1) > CT works on crouching opponent only in both versions so yeah. On another note, I felt that the horizontal hitbox of Houtenjin got nerfed slightly, Maybe it's just me.
  6. Thanks for all this! Is that off ground CH 5C? Then yeah I believe it doesn't work in 1.0/1.1 too. Guess I'll boot up 1.1 later to confirm this.
  7. Maybe we should compile which variation works on which characters? On another note, stuff > 3C > Jabaki > S.Zanei > s.jump backwards > 4D~D It will crosses up opponent if you let Hazama glides a little more than usual or just do a safejump setup off it. And if you didn't know already, when you Jakou an opponent into corner and he slides toward it, you can do the same to get a cross-up.

  9. Wow, thanks! Now I got it down lol. Yeah I have been trying some midscreen but failing hard. It's seem to be character specific. I tried 5A > 5B > dl 5C > 4D on Ragna and it worked but 5A > 5C > 5D whiffs. Now I got both to work. 5B > 5C > 3C > Gasshou > 5A > 5C > 5D works on Ragna since 5C pushes you slight away in order for 5D's hitstun to take place. For 5B > 3C route, I did 5A > 5B > 5C > dl 4D and it seems to work. Urgh, this seems really inconsistent :/ edited: dl 4D*
  10. Got the game so here's some things I tried: CH 2C > 214D~66A for low to mid height is doable. For extremely high height, it's hard to hitconfirm which is needed to connect 214D~66A unless you just cancel into it immediately. Having trouble with starters > Houtenjin > S.Zanei... probably need to grind it out.

  23. Well, it's good to have one or two resets to throw your opponent off but yeah I agree with you.

A neat little reset that's usable once or if the other guy doesn't know about Ressenga nerfed combo starter Ressenga > 2A > 5C > 3C > Gasshou > reset into a well timed 5C for jC5 or j.Gasshou or Houtenjin combo route if opponent immediately techs and didn't air-barrier (since AUB). Need to adjust according if they air-tech backward (66 5C) or forward (iirc, this one beats this reset or make 5C whiff)
