  1. We should get some matches recorded this weekend since Paul and some new blood are dropping by. Eddie rape incoming?
  2. Definitely awesome but at the same time makes me want to . Props Woki.
  3. Ugh I got totally hammered in this match-up this weekend. Got perfected twice by GhostBoy's potemkin in a tournament this weekend. Even in casuals I bet him only once out of like ten times. Even triple unblockables into IK from Eddie doesn't depress me as much as this entire match-up in general.
  4. Managed to fight Teyah's eddie a lot this weekend. Man this match is fun (in a masochistic sort of way). Is there any way to get past eddie's j.K while I'm in the air or should i just block it? That move seems to beat out all my air normals and he tends to kick me before my orbs come out. It's like a freaking wall.
  5. For a situation like that where your opponent can generally shake out of the rekka stagger you can also do a regular running throw into air combo or butt loop in corner while they stagger. It tends to be difficult (but not impossible) for your opponent to mash out of stagger and get a reversal out right after so more often than not your opponent will just try to block after mashing out. It's not exactly the most damaging option but it works pretty well against the baiken players I fight. Alternatively you could replace dangoku with kashitsu (guard crush kick) as the 3rd rekka hit. If you have the tension to RC it this option hurts a lot more. Honestly though I'm not 100% sure how effective those will be for your situation since I rarely even find myself at that distance to whiff dangoku over her head. To be at that distance you need to use the rekka really close and stand alone which usually isn't a good idea against baiken. Linking from a far S, close S or standing HS easily pushes her away enough to prevent dangoku from whiffing. Plus if the baiken is very trigger happy with her guard cancels you can cancel those same links into danzai to bait it instead if she blocks those moves. Its generally safer than stand alone rekkas imo.
  6. http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=RaptorIIC&view=videos Some recent casual matches at our club meetings. Need to work on my consistency more I drop a lot of combos...
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVzFwSj2RBc&watch_response Best round ever! Stag.S (DI) vs Recna (AB)
  8. Even for a rough cut that vid was awesome. Can't wait to see the final one.
  9. Managed to beat survival last night with potemkin. Maxed out attack, defense, and starting tension plus some misc stats. Used Berserk Mode, Soul of Zepp, and Vampire Form. Could kill almost every gold character in 1 or 2 combos (except gold ABA it took 6 how much freaking defense does she have?!) I probably would've beat it on my first try if I didn't try the limit break on the first run. Man was I swearing at my TV when i started using it.....
  10. I feel your pain. I know not to do it but my fat thumb says otherwise... T_T I'm glad theres an actual machine down here. No accidental henshitsu inputs on a stick. =)
  11. I'm not sure if this was mentioned before but I found out earlier today against some friends that when you FRC Dangoku and back dash right away you get to keep the momentum from it and you back dash a lot farther than you normally would. I got almost 3x the distance of a normal back dash. It was more fun than useful although it really did throw my friend off when I first did it.
  12. I can never seem to catch potemkin with 2H during the backdash. Am I supposed to throw it out in the middle of his backdash or is it restricted to just when he's waking up? Also is 6H any good for catching him on backdash?
