Broke down and bought the game last night offa hong kong PSN Will start addin folks near my area soon o/

I'm having a lot of trouble getting bullet kai coming out after gigantier - as far as I know, its just two ICPM movements as soon as the cinematic bit of gigantier ends. I've got no idea when to buffer/input the movements and it only comes out once in a blue moon.

Well that leads into another issue - TKing j.214D has been a nightmare for me. I've been able to get it somewhat consistent just doing 6A>j.214D, but it falls to shit when trying to do it in a combo. I think my issue is figuring out when to hit D during 2147.

Is there any 'best' way to do the dash >3C >22C for stuff like that above-mentioned combo? I can get it to come out by dashing then holding 3 until I hit C, but I can only catch the falling opponent like about ~40% of the time.

They sent me a new PCB to replace the one that was acting up, so I assumed it was a-okay to pop the thing open and lo-and-behold the thing's not even plugged in. Fixed it, now I'm flailing around as a newly minted stick-scrub. Guess I get a free PCB?

I saw no switch on the stick itself and no mention of such a switch in the description. I wish there was though :v. And I'd love to open it up and check out what's goin on, but that'd void the warranty and if it all goes to hell I'd like to get my money back at the very least.

I already contacted eightarc/qanba about it, but I thought I should mention it here since googling my issue gives me squat: I just got http://www.eightarc.com/qanba-q4-ice-red/ in the mail today, and when I tried to use it, the joystick doesn't work. I can't navigate menus, and I can't move around in game despite the fact that the face buttons all work perfectly. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Been busy lately, but summer class is ending in a couple weeks so I'll have a bit more time to play then. Sankyu for the adds, those that did.

I'm pretty new as well. PSN is Chuckles54, I'm usually on in the evenings/at night in the midwest/CST and I'm a godawful Ragna despite owning the game since the NA launch.
