BB is popular here in the US. The issue is that a lot of games we want from Japan are being released with no intention of being marketed for a Global audience. Also with everything being on Arcade cabs and boards that means they are expensive as well as unknown. Aquapazza is a great game, but few of us know the source materials that went into the game and few could afford to import the boards. The best you can hope for is a console release, but even then if they release on both major fighting game consoles and port to the US we may have another Arcana Heart 3 situation where only one system gets the game while the other doesn't which hurts the overall viability of the game.

There are few weapon based fighters with high comboability... The game is getting other changes I like such as a meter and supers and ex moves aside from the Just Frame attacks, but its boring watching people GF and then suddenly the match is over with a ring out. I'd personally like to see something different. SC can stand to see some soul shaking changes besides a roster shakeup

Soul Calibur needs more combos because the game as it is now is stale. Also the fact that full screen ring outs are still a viable tactic after 4 games means its time for a change in design approach.

Chances are there is probably license issues and a low fan base for God Hand. Its not like the game was big seller, has a niche fanbase, but no where near the butthurt Strider fanbase in terms of size. Luckily, us Ace Attorney fans number in the near millions so we got Phoenix finally. Though would have preferred Franziska Von Karma.
