How do you time the 41236B properly? I got the combo a couple of times but I dont know if I do it right. I always try to delay the 5Cs and that 6C as much as I can. It works sometimes but most of the times I fail. Can't get it very consistently I had no problem with Relius combos in BBCP since you could delay 5C, 6C AND 41236B for midscreen and I used a different combo in the corner. For the mentioned corner combo I have to do 41236B instantly or else they tech out of it.

Corner Throw > 5S > 236S > jK > jS > jD > IAD > jS > jHS Good meterless throw combo in the corner. The timing for the combo is a bit unusual since the Throw > 5S is a strict link.

I play on a stick and I have the same problem. From P2 side I get a clean 96 consistently but from P1 side I always get a 986 even though I always go into neutral position. The strange thing about that is that it works sometimes. I have no problems IADing from the ground since it just ignores the 8 input but in the air its rly precise. (yeah I even do my 9 super low lol not even anywhere near the 8)

Yeah no Relius top 30 and Ryo opt out to Ragna The Relius changes are huge imo and I am not happy with some of the changes :X Ignis meter being nonexistent if you confirm like a god is totally not true. You SPEND Ignis to start pressure and if your opponent blocks like a god you have to stop your combo early because you spent too much Ignis opening him up. I think Relius didnt move an inch in his tier placing or whatever (who cares about tiers anyway, Relius has swag)

wow if 3C isnt jump cancellable now I'd cry in the corner ... I dont see the use of Ignis' new move outside of OD and corner. Why would you end with it? You'd lose wakeup games ... I dont know how to feel about the sandwiching yet. It seems like the devs exchanged our 3C jump cancel pressure with this new tool. I don't want Relius to be a sandwich guy like Carl -
I have the same problem with the hop combo. The only time I get it consistently is after a jB crossup of my oki. Other than that I rarely get 5A neutral hits anyway so I just opt out for corner carry, mixups or something xD

Damn I'm dumb. I built the same combos before and still ask you guys. xD The timing of the 5C with the 8C route is tough though any tips on that? The first one works like a charm

Here are some combos: Both are corner and require the opponent to be in the corner: The first combo is really useful to get oki and dmg off a command grab. It's also not very hard to confirm. Sadly this route doesn't lead to good oki - (corner)[4]6C > 2B > j.2B > dj.BB > dj.214B > 5C [3707dmg/ 31 meter gain] This combo is really useful to get a grabloop going. - (corner)[4]6C > 2B > j.2B > dj.BB > dj.214AB > [4]6C oki [3480dmg//5 meter req/20 meter gain/25 used meter] Pretty powerful if you get the grabloop going and the opponent doesnt late tech, burst or jump you get pretty good dmg there. I replaced your mentioned 214A with 214B and get these numbers: - (corner)5AA > 5B > 2B > j.2B > dj.BB > j.214B > 5C > 236D oki [3212dmg/31 meter gain] The great thing about this combo is that you can slowly work your way up to get more dmg like mentioned in the other thread. But it is very unlikely that you get this combo off. Because the opponent either dies after one of the first supers or you don't have enough meter to pull it off. Looks pretty dope if you pull it off in a game though. I'd only use this combo if it kills or passes through the awakening threshhold or if it ends with the 214214B because you get good oki after it. - (corner)5AA > 5B > 2B > j.2B > dj.BB > j.214B > 5C > 214214C(charge 5C) > 2A+B > B+D > 214214 B *5C hits* *titano hits* > [2]8D > 214214B (7554dmg/118 req meter/150 used meter]

I could only do the combo up to 5C. - 5AA > 5B > 2B > j.2B > dj.BB > j.214A > 5C > 236D [3104dmg/30 meter gain] The dmg and meter gain may be a bit off in the 8C combos depending on how often the 8C hits (sometimes I follow up a bit earlier because of my poor muscle memory) pls fix my errors if I made some. The meter gain is WITHOUT the first attack property. So it's the meter gain you'd normally get in a game. edit: Oops I totally forgot the auto combo xD

Yeah I do it the same as you guys are doing it but in the heat of battle its quite a challenge. Takes time to get used to. Tbh the new feature that you tap D once to make your persona block is pretty useless and does more trouble than good. I still hold my D button for the block in neutral The 214C in the 5AAA combo should always follow up if you pressed the D long enough. The timing of Zouf is perfect. Do you guys have any mixups tips after you hit with a 5A?

I know that feel. Especially the 5AAA into hop cancel j2B throws me off guard. Sometimes I do OMB due to missinput lol Her 2B is godlike I hit very often with it and its easy to confirm after it Her 2A combos are very basic and good corner carry. Once you have the opponent in the corner its over for him ... Asterius makes so many strings save. But its very hard to react to some of Asterius hits so I end up getting some random hits here and there lol And the worst thing: I cant get the 28D after 214214B ... But you know its still week one xD

Wow I just tried it, it really works. The hitbox looks so bugged though. lol Any tips on delaying this? The timing seems to be very strict

How do you connect a j2 after the j.C? Like in this string: C > j.C > jc > j.2 I can't get a charged 2B shot off ... No matter how much I delay it.

5CC > jB > jC doesn't drop on Linne you just have to delay the jB a bit. Its pretty strict you cant do it too late or too early. But You're right I'd rather do the jC > jB version on Linne since its much easier to do Thanks for the tip Kurushii. Does anyone know a good meterless corner combo which does more than 2,7k dmg? I just tried the combo it totally works it does 3326 dmg Also its easier for me to delay the jB instead of the j2C (only tried it on Hyde though) 5BB > 5C > jC > jB > j2C > 2C > 6C > 236A > 236B > 623B > 236C does 3343 dmg 236A > 236B > 623A > 623B > 236C does 2,563 dmg

I just tried both versions When you do them raw it does: jB > jC > j2C > 2C - 1403 dmg jC > jB > j2C > 2C - 1436 dmg When you do it with the 5CC starter it does: 5CC > jB > jC > j2C > 2C - 1853 dmg 5CC > jC > jB > j2C > 2C - 1839 dmg When you do it with the 2A starter bnb midscreen without the puppet it does: 2A > 2B > 2C > 5CC > jB > jC > j2C > 2C > 6C - 2175 dmg 2A > 2B > 2C > 5CC > jC > jB > j2C > 2C > 6C - 2175 dmg The full midscreen bnb does: 2A > 2B > 2C > 5CC > jB > jC > j2C > 2C > 6C > 236A > 236B > 214A > 214B - 2653 dmg 2A > 2B > 2C > 5CC > jC > jB > j2C > 2C > 6C > 236A > 236B > 214A > 214B - 2653 dmg There is near to no dmg difference when you have a lengthy starter. For very short starters the jB > jC is better. If you start it raw jC > jB > j2C is better but you do jB for air to air action. So overall jB > jC is better I think Thanks to Nemesis for the help, I can do the combo almost consistently now. I think taking a sleep really helped my muscle memory xD
