I abuse drills to clash with the bomb's first hit. Flight to escape the pressure and stall the bomb's explosion. And just pressure her to death in the corner. She doesn't seem like a problematic matchup to me and i almost exclusively play against her. Oh, and break the law is godlike in this matchup.

First thing i learned with -p- is the sandwich pressure. After a knockdown i summon with HS keep it pressed a little and then release it and dash in to push eddie behind them. Then i do 2p>2k>-p- x n while holding down-forward to keep eddie behind them. After each -p- i can mix it up with command grab into unblockable or st.k>st.S>saw for low starter or just 6k>saw for overhead stater. Drills ( to clash with bomb ), flight ( to breathe from her pressure ), and pressuring her to death is what you'll need against elphelt.

Just wanted to say BIG THANKS to the guy who gave his pad button layout ( p/k default, R1:S, R2:HS, L1:D ). Now i can finally pursue the dream of mastering my favourite character in the GG series as a pad player.

Yup. The character is really easy to use for the amout of power it gives with a minimum investment. That's a fact. Hell my one day elphelt stood toe to toe against my sparring partner's 1 month elphelt. But what is she fun to play. Makes up for the tons of hate she gets.

You don't play neutral with Slayer. You get in on that nigga a** and pressure them to death !

Actually my Slayer got better after watching this video. Mixing up p-dandy and k-dandy, the followups, the different gatlings, 6HS from a good distance and BDC mappa improved my pressure. I learned that the way to play with slayer is to pressure your opponent and mix it up to make your opponent respect you and then it's all good.

Just got the game ! Already perfected kirito's 50% ( a little more if you pop your second trump card ) damage mid-combo nitoryu activation. Here's how it goes : stuff > cr.C > qcf.C ( 3 hits ) > nitoryu activation > st.B > St.C > J.C > qcf.C > land > slash followup > Shield follow-up + 6.S kino assist call > flip followup ( kino hits ) J.C > qcf.C > land > qcf.AB > starburst stream ! It costs 3 meters, really easy, damaging, and satisying to land !

The healing assist ?

This game's system is by far my favourite in the recent fighting games. People are totally underating it !

Leafa and kino are probably the most effective assists i've seen with Asuna in competitive play.
