  1. There won't be multiple people to a character (like we can have 30 kneegrows together as is.)
  2. So I'll be writing some shit this weekend, granted I'm not working from the office. Post up your preferred character if you want to voice someone.
  3. One of two things: 1) A not-so-shitty mic if you plan on voicing someone. 2) Some editing skills if you want to edit the videos. Since the anime is planned to be 12 episodes, I'll work on a cast list in the meantime of the obvious characters. I'ma see about holding auditions sometime next week since there's alot of people aiming for one character. Just show interest and which character you want to voice and I'll get that list together for auditioning.
  4. No. Not at all. Not even close.
  5. Heard your anime started out a joke, so let's keep it that way. Long story short, I was on Twitter with a joke that might be something interesting and fun to do in general. We get REAL Blazblue players to do a gag dub summary of Alter Memory once its finished. Simple. Jokes right? That's the point, I'm sure you've laughed at that Jin gif enough already. For real doe. Now I know we're not all expert video editors or great underground VAs waiting for the big break and that's what makes this dub special because it's done by people who play the game in the community. You can do as many FG-related memes you want. Really you can. Wait not that many though pls. I don't want to put this to work until THE SHOW IS FINISHED. For now, just dropping an idea in a thread if you share interest in something like this. No harm in asking. Episode 1 is up! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQZlTaSZjJk 1.5 (wheeeee) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTGouanEc_M Episode 2 is up! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y85kad51ebk
  6. Best of both worlds. See you niggas at NEC. Also I owe you a beer from last year Alan.
  7. You can adjust your pad format without macros for your FRC execution. It doesn't need a patch. Just do it. You can't adjust a glitch of this magnitude unless you can ban the origin. A TO would lose their fucking minds if they had to enforce the glitch itself and have to depend mainly on player integrity. Nevertheless, the glitch requires a patch. This is coming from a pad player AND an organizer btw so don't give me that shit. I have faith that some of you who put so much into this thread will have enough common sense to switch one button around to be able to do FRCs in tournament. So ban macros. Done. I only read one page of this goddamn thread and see that no one can come into an obvious consensus. Pad players can easily fix this. P.S. Ama, you're not a fucking cheater for using macros in general. Don't be a dummy to believe such. Macros are fine but this glitch is not.
  8. I chose teams because it's something that I personally have not seen in awhile; teams taking precedence over singles. Not only is teams a faster and smoother experience for the organizers (atleast in my experience running teams since I stress that teammates stick together and contact each other on incoming matches), but a much more hype and dynamic besides the normal singles. People discuss orders as a whole against their upcoming team, certain matchups, single player confidence against another to change the outcome of your team's match. It's like what you do for singles, only this time your actions effect not only you but your team in general. Also, me and da gawd are looking for a 3rd. Free wins, I swear.
  9. 3v3 Waseda makes no damn sense and its format encourages 2v2. It will be Pokemon.
  10. Option 3. Teams is just more hype.
  11. I'm glad I got a chance to fight some of the best this country has to offer. GGs all around guys, I plan to fight you again at NEC and planning another NY trip next year.
  12. How many people I want to be at Dai's this weekend?
  13. PSN: TheShinobist Region: Souf (Also able to play vs. EC/MW) I'll be on for a few hours tonight to hit me up if you want to play.
  14. Guilty Gear gave me hope that Blockbuster can have good games, helped me through college, and a handful of good African-American friends...except Doren.
  15. Funny you mentioned that. I played Chipp in X2.
  16. Good times to everyone old and new I met this weekend. Too many to name so I'll just say good shit and I'll be seeing some of you at Final Round!
  17. Top 8 GG was a bunch of old niggas. Yes I said it.
  18. Ukyo, unless they changed 6K back to #R status (which would be nice), you can't do 5S 6K loops. There's always putting 5K or S Stun Edge FRC inbetween to make it work.
  19. I just need 2-3 people who are knowledgeable and know how to represent themselves as well as the community at large. I'm not one to look for elites, just people who know what they are talking about.
  20. Please do not let this opportunity pass by you. The door is open but the sooner you come talk to me, the better it is for all parties involved.
  21. I don't play much BB anymore (should rectify that soon) but I do support the community and what the general idea here is. Also notice that I have not been following the community regularly until just a few weeks ago. Ignore what I say if it's been said already or has been emphasized on before this post: - You need to take advantage of these TOs giving your game a chance to expand and expose the community. Don't take what these TOs are offering you for granted. If you can allow yourself to be at these tournaments, now's a good damn time to do so. - PLEASE do not let inexperience, social awkwardness, and intimidation shorten your chances of getting to tournaments; whether it be big or small. I won't bitch at you if you have the greatest legitimate excuses such as starting to get a life (school), having a life (job/family), or struggling with life (money). I just want those who are able and not so stricken with such ass backward emotions to get some recognition for your game first and foremost, then your own personal status in the community. You are all here for one reason anyway: to exchange skill and knowledge, express love for a common game, and to expose all of those subjects to others. That's it. - Something I have learned through these past few months by way of the Melty community is that social networking promotion can do alot of shit to your game. People do use the internet and use social networks to get a message out to the community at large. You guys use the internet on a general basis right? Start to use it to the community's advantage. Get people knowing about your game and get people hype about incoming tournaments. Dustloop has always been a great place to do that but now is the time to go beyond the forums. Get a video out, get a write up done, talk to a TO or 2 about what you can do to get the game noticed. Twitter maybe if it hasn't been done already. - I am available to help you guys in any way I can. I do run a doujin-centric radio show on given Sundays with Brandino called Donjon Network: 2nd Phase. If some notable players can step up and come talk to me about a show involving the future of the offline community AND to help spread word about Extend, I'm all for it and I'm sure Brandino would be as well. Granted, the show's fanbase is small yet dedicated and will always put in work on social network outlets.
  22. Oh dear, a new SE-R. ...you had me at "open link".
  23. The Espada has returned. Sorry I didn't get to enter GG, doing the whole staff thing. It was good to see my peoples again (Tad, John, Jeff, Phir, Stone, Kyle, I'm lookin' at ya'll). I got fully off on getting drunk for ya'll...just like the good ol' days. Thanks for the grapefruit vodka John. GGs to the few people I did actually play in GG when I had time to break. Black guy, black hat, blue staff shirt, running bad blockstrings Ky.
  24. Life's a bitch so be sure to make her ass sign a pre-nupt. And I'm playing AH3.
