Here are lots of matches featuring mainly Tenchi, Oka and Camelia. Since this is a huge update (Over 40 matches), I seperated them into 2 sections: Jourdal and a-cho. For those I gave the link to the evernote to, only 6 matches were added, the ones dated 10/04(a-cho), 10/08(a-cho) and 10/21(Jourdal). A combo I like doing with 3 magatamas is: 623AA > Delay 214A > Hop > 6A > 6B > 5A > 5B > J.B > J.2A > 9jc > J.2A > J.C With a 5C-starter it deals 3.2k damage, it has a decent corner carry and generates a bit more than 1 magatama.

What I meant was, it's possible to punish a ground burst with a 5C, even if it's blocked in the air. Sorry if it was unclear. According to the frame data, bursts are -24 since CP: (http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=Defense_(BBCP), http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=BBCPE/Defense#Burst)
-
From what I have just tested in training mode: - If the burst is blocked on the ground or in the air: 5C/Land 5C. - If the burst is parried on the ground: 214A, 41236C, 623A 5C. - If the burst is IB'ed on the ground and while in the corner: 6C(level 2) Regarding 623A > 5C and 6C(level 2), I only wrote them because they are possible in training mode. However, I believe they are too hard and situational to be remotely worth it. 6C(level 2) may not even be doable on reaction.

[CP] The Critique My Hakumen Thread
The_undercover_beret replied to BladeOfJustice7's topic in Hakumen
Finally had the time to watch it. Anyway, you rely on AD Agito too much and often get punished for it (13:12). It's a powerful move, but in several cases, you were out of range for it (0:59, 6:24) and the Litchi player adapted to it (more J.A air-to-air). Try to vary your approachs, J.C and IAD J.A are both solid air-to-airs and would have been more fitting in some situations. On the other hand, while you are on the ground, you are too static, which gave Litchi a lot of opportunities to get close to you. Haku-men's hops are fast and are great for adapting the distance between you and your opponent. Be careful at close range, since his backdash doesn't have any invulnerabilty. At close and mid range, it seems to me that you are too scared to do anything and just wait until you are far enough to use 3C. Use 2A and 2B, they are great pokes at those distances. As far as combos are concerned:- You dropped 5C > 623A > 2C several times (1:33, 2:04, 6:36). You did it once correctly at the end, so it could have been an issue with the lag. If that's not the case, it's vital to master it, since it's used in several practical combos.- You did Air Throw > J.C two times midscreen (9:52, 15:28). A possible combo instead of J.C is: Air Throw > J.B > 5C > 623A > 2C > .... It works most of the time.If you have a hard time doing 5C > 623A, you could try Air Throw/Agito CH > J.B > 2C instead, but you'll need to hjc afterward to combo. An even simpler alternative is J.B > 5C > 3C, but it's not that good.- You did J.B > 6B several times, when you could have done a combo instead (2:42, 14:34, 19:05). If you don't know what else you can do, Falling J.B > 2B and AD J.B > J.A > 5A both work most of the times. At 7:14, you did J.B > 5B > 236B(2) in the corner while you had 8 magatama. There are better routes, like J.B > 5B > 623AA > 6C > 2C > J.C > J.214B > AD J.C > 5C > 5C > 214A > 5C > 3C (3543) or J.B > 5B > 214A > 41236C(1) > 623A > 6C(level 2) > 2C > J.C > J.214B > AD J.C > 5C > 6A > 6B (5283) . Another I noticed, you were CH'ed twice after 6A and 6B (14:34, 21:08). It's not recommanded to do 2A/5A after them, since both 6A and 6B are -4. Litchi's reversal super can be punished with 3C CH and even 5C if you are close enough (13:36) It's just a gut feeling but were the first few matches laggy? You played a bit better toward the end. -

Late reply sorry, as far as the second loketest is confirmed there had been no news about it, for the first one it was unclear. However, considering that there hasn't been any record of a Haku-men player setting off fireworks at the loketest, it's probably no.

Thanks, I almost forgot about the CH bonus yesterday. Regarding Yanagi, it may lose to low and/or isn't invincible frame 1. At 7:46 Relius does 2B and it counter hits, at the same time "Yanagi" can be heard. The same thing occurs later on with Relius' J.B (8:03) Furthermore, it's just a theory, but Yanagi probably deals 1500 damage raw. Everytime Yanagi hits in those matches, it's either during Active Flow (7:55) or it triggers the CH red-flash (11:20, 11:54), hence the 10% boost. Supporting this theory, 2D deals 1600 raw in CF (11:49), however, a bit later in the video, it deals 1760 (13:12) and the same red-flash as before can be seen. And yes, 2D and J.D do respectively 1800 and 2000 in CPE.

Haku-men vs Relius 2A > 2B > 214A > 2A > 6A > 6B B+C > Hop J.214BCPE: 1832, CF: 1940. (+108) B+C > Hop J.214B > J.C > 6C(lv1)CPE: 2718, CF: 2727. (+9) The difference drops from +108 to +9 Theory: Interestingly, in both CPE and CF the 6C adds 456 damage, so proration is most likely the same. However, J.C adds 430 damage in CPE and only 331 in CF. Assuming proration is the same and after calculation, it would appear that J.C deals 1000 in CF (CPE: 1300) 6B RC > 5C ODc > 2C > J.C > J.214B > AD > J.C > 5C > 5C > 214A > 6A > 6B 5C > 214ACPE: 1519, CF: 1734 J.A CH > J.B > J.214A 6B CH > 5C J.B > 2A > 2A > 2A > 3C 2B > 2A > 3C J.D: CPE: 2000, CF: 16002A > 2A: CPE: 438, CF: 444J.B CH > 2A > 2B > 214A > 2A > 6A > 6B B+C > 623A > 6C (lv2): 2012 in both versions.(With Active flow) 5A > 5A, CPE: 495, CF: 471(With Active flow and OD) 2B > 214A > 236B(1) > EA.

From HiagoXYZ's twitter: Hakumen - Tsubaki now hard knockdowns; can be followed up with 5C - 6A no longer has head invul; now just a combo part - Renka's 2nd hit doesn't hit crouchers unles point blank - Shippuu and Mugen both have slower startup (4C > shippuu doesn't work) Edit: - New move called Yanagi, around 5f startup counter; can be blocked; you can cancel it into another move before the follow-up

Raxokoron told me that all the links in this thread were broken. It seems to come from Dustloop's latest update and I have no idea how long it will last. Good news, I have some back-ups, bad news, only for my 4 latest posts: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s500/sh/14cd2e7d-9953-45a1-bec1-a14931210047/9f4b3ee43941248cbae608ea486403b1 I already updated the 2 latest ones, but couldn't do it for the others since they were too old.
