What's the goal with K ball oki? I know I should hit it with j.s when I start my decent, but I'm not sure why or when I'm supposed to do it in the first place. As far as I know, anyone decent is going to just block the j.s if it's meaty. What's the mix up here? Is it supposed to be a safe jump set up?

Ranked isn't high delay for me now, but it's at like 30 FPS every match. Everything else is fine. Something is broken.

Anyone calling it unplayable either needs to stop playing with people across the country, stop playing on wifi, or has never played delay based netcode before. 2-4 frames is normal.

Online, the only answer I found was never ever stop holding downback when he's on the ground, and never do use stinger aim outside of 2s > hs stinger. One you land a knockdown your oki game is better than both his own and his wake up options. A lot of his big pokes he fishes with also destroy projectiles, so you mostly just have to play patient and accept that 2s is the only poke you have.

I'm trying to 96's, but then half the time the string is dropping at j.s. I can't actually get 866 to come out fast enough to work, so I may be waiting too long on the initial jump there. I guess more hours in training mode.

Anything really bombastic like that seems to drop the render quality to avoid dropping frames, regardless of your processing setting.

I'm having trouble doing IADs mid combos. I can do them fine outside of strings, but the timing feels really tight during c.s, almost like I'm missing the window with the buffer or something. Any advice?

I'm not sure what people expected from delay based netcode. Rollback would be better in 100% of situations, but there's like one modern game that even uses it. This feels like every other fighting game I've ever played online, but now you can see the exact number and I'm pretty sure people are just overreacting to that.
