just wondering, any1 from this area here?

playing ai is useless for fighting humans, except for practicing some combos, and learning game mechanics. doesn't matter how hard/cheap it is. it just is completely different. to beat AI, you figure out patterns. against humans, you play mind games. the best bet is just play, watch a few matches, use challenge and training mode.

japanese words dont match what they say. seems like they just randomly used japanese lines cuz they couldnt find the right english lines. and decided to use english ragna is the novel considered canon by aksys though?

fighting games in general are niche. but if you speak popularity ... blazblue is close to 50% doa is pretty close to 50/50, & is 1 of the most popular 3d games. The only reason Tekken's more popular, was because it was made 1st. most popular doujin fighters I know of are either touhou or melty blood. both have more girls than boys, or no boys

just wondering. haven't read it but the premise seems interesting.

this game is really good, other than the fact that it's really hard to learn, since theres no challenge mode like the more popular fighters. The region thing limited some players, but there should still be some.

i watched combo vids, and played the challenge vid. it never seem to reload after i use 236 circle>circle>4/6circle or or 236square > square>4/6 square, after 1 hit.

i have trouble setting up the circle things, since she just attaches her chain, after i set up one on screen almost every time.

location is probably more important than country. Chances are less lag between players from west coast USA than a place like quebec or NFL in canada.
