What do you mean one of the few? 2D HCL works on almost the entire cast. Only charachters I know it doesn't work on is I-No and ABA. There may be a few more but it works on the majority.

how is johnny an easier fight? HCL wiffs more than half the time when you combo into it. his charachter specific combos are worst than sol's. 5h doesn't cost you 25% tension everytime you mess up. also, Testement isn't a threat, if he's causing you problems you need to either pay more attention to his trap placement or learn how to disarm his traps.

While I'm sure most of you won't agree, I honestly feel that Potemkin is a 6-4 match in I-No's favor. I'd rate her match ups like this: (I-No's rating is the first number) Order-Sol - 4.5/5.5 (maybe 5/5) A.B.A. - 6/4 Dizzy - 4/6 Robo-Ky - 4.5/5.5 (not that I really have any Robo-Ky experince) Sol Badguy 5/5 (maybe 5.5 Sol) Eddie 5.5/4.5 Ky Kiske 3.5/6.5 Potemkin 6/4 (her best match IMO) Faust 5/5 (i really don't have any Faust experince to give this an accurate rating) May 1.5/8.5 (maybe 9 may) Millia Rage 4/6 Chipp Zanuff 4/6 Baiken 4/6 Jam Kuradoberi 4/6 Johnny 2.5/7.5 (this is a hard fight) Axl Low 4/6 Anji Mito 3/7 Venom 4.5/5.5 Testement 5.5/4.5 Slayer 4.5/5.5 Zappa 5/5 Bridget 4.5/5.5

I <3 EX-Dizzy. Some of my friends use EX charachters when we play. I don't really care, it's all the same to me. Most of them aren't good enough to make a difference if they play EX or normal.

I don't know how everyone else feels but I think this is one of the few matches that I-No has in her favor. I'd say 6-4 I-No. I-No has so many quick ways to knock ABA down that Moroha mode should be something you want to happen rather than not. Use notes and runaway games to get ABA into Moroha mode via bloodpack and not keygrab. On knockdown retreat like you're going to go for a high level note and use HCL on ABA's wake up to score another knockdown. 2D> HCL doesn't work on ABA so use 2S>HCL instead. If she's knockdown in the corner you can follow a high level blocked note with 2D > VCL for a knockdown. It takes a little practice but gattling > HCL > FRC > H-DIVE > FRC > AIRTHROW can get you that third knockdown. Not alot of people throw from the h-dive so not many people expect it at all. Replace HCL in blocked gattlings for a super jump VCL or a high TK K-DIVE. Be careful when using 5D in low block strings because the start up frames give ABA enough time to launch a Danzai. Even if the 5D animation happens, you'll still eat Danzai.

Someone a few posts back said that they bait dead angel attacks with 2D. Im asking why would anyone ever use a dead angel against 2D.

The biggest advice I have is absolutely do not attack while you're in the corner. Catching a CH from I-No (especially an I-No with atleast 25% tension) should be every Dizzy players nightmare.

a few things I want to add: abuse 2S STBT (S). The thing about this is while it's quick it doesn't combo. So it'll give you a poke from a safe range and a very good chance of scoring a counter hit. STBT (S) usually is the better of trades. Scoring a non-traded counter hit launch with it you can get in some major damage. you can replace the j.S with a quick j.H (then VCL 5H/5K HCL > ETC) for a little extra damage against baiken. I would have to agree that this is a 6-4 match in Baikodin's favor but at the same time not an overall too troubling match. I saw in a match vid (Ten or maybe Densetsu no Megane?) where an I-No player got hit with the scorpion chain (63214+H) and when dragged in went straight to Longing Desperation. (ground overdrive). He may of IB'd the first hit, not sure but it's a small trick to keep in mind.

I think Baiken is the easiest charachter in the cast to connect HCL FRC 66 jS VCL to HCL frc 66 jS VCL. Something about her hitbox and weight makes it perfect.

How can you play Dizzy and not know what it means to TK Bubbles??? 2147(or 8 or 9)+P/K/S = TK'd bubble. So say you're like me and do the input as 632147+P (out of habit and because it's easier that way) and then want to follow it with an airdash before you land (66). Instead of getting a TK'd p bubble and an airdash you get Necro's Anger instead, which considering if you're doing a p bubble and airdash you're opponent is probably far enough away that Necro's Anger will wiff completely allowing your opponent to jump/dash in for full free combo. He's right. TKing everything is on auto-pilot. I-No only has 2 moves that can't be TK'd. The ground super and stroke the big tree. Also, Bizarro, are you aware that you can TK bubbles from Dizzy's 2D? I find it very helpful. Just do it as a 360, that's what I do. 632D147K*896 *or P or S.

I think it's preference. If they didn't change that input, I'd probably still play Dizzy. 632146+P is the worst fucking input they could have made it, considering you need to TK bubbles.

250 is pretty damn close for just eyeballing it. I just tried it out in training mode against eddie. s-dive, 5k, js, jh, s-dive, cs, js, jh, p-dive, 66, jh, p-dive, s-dive. 213 damage. I'm not a yossan fan but that's pretty good considering that it cost no tension and started with s-dive. 5k into js takes a bit of practice too. a few other things i tried, (tweaks on his combo if you will) s-dive, 5k, js, jh, s-dive, cs, js, jh, hcl, frc, 66, jh, p-dive, h-dive gives 222 damage. s-dive, cs, js, jh, s-dive, cs, js, jh, hcl, frc, 66, jh, p-dive, s-dive gives 234 damage. cs, 6p, 5h, hcl, frc, 66, js, vcl, 5h, jh, p-dive, 66, jh, p-dive, s-dive gives 244 damage.

Are you 100% sure that is Koichi? I mean it's a good I-No (nice on the slashbacks) but it doesn't really play like Koichi.
