it's not corner only, it works midscreen too. although, I guess that depends on which way they tech. anyway after messing around with it a little more I can't get it to combo, even though I could of sworn I did before making this thread. so I'm not 100 on that part.

well i want them for a combo vid. it would be kind of lame for me to make a combo vid filled with the same exact combos in other combo vids.

anyone have any really big and/or flashy combos? you know the ones, not for practical use.

Didn't read this whole thread so sorry for repeating things. I played a venom player all week long. He's not the best venom, but not too bad either. Number one thing I learned is venom has too many options to snuff STBT. This venom in particular loved to snuff it with a dead angel, which HURTS! However I saw alot of 623+H snuffing it too. I have a bad habit of attacking on the very first hint of a gap when attacking, often with STBT S. So I saw alot of (air) 236+S/H > his recovery and me using STBT after blocking > me eating 623+H. Avoid his TK 236+D in the corner at all cost. The thing fucking launches into a "please combo me until im dead" state. I don't know what venom's throw range is but im guessing it's pretty big because he got alot of throws on me. I got more of course, but his throw count was still pretty damn high. If he has over 50% tension and you drop a combo, let it go and switch to the defensive. This venom teched out and immediatly went into 236236+H. Also, I found the most difficult thing was to get in on venom. It was much more successful to let him push me into a corner, block and then go for a throw than it was to try to manually push him into the corner.

ha, UF out of a FRC CL is so fucking hard to do. I've did it one time. thanks for the info, i'll give up trying to do the impossible

anyone been able to gattling 2D into a TK UF? know if it's even possible?

I'm getting air dashes down, and not having much trouble with Chemical Love now, still having a bit of trouble with my cancels though. One of my biggest problems right now is quarter circles forward lol. I know that sounds kind of dumb but I have alot of trouble with it. I need some tips on how to do Ultimate Fortissmo also. (23632147+S) The square gate really screws alot of things up for me.

my tekken 5 stick came today. I must say, it's a pain trying to adapt from playing on pad. I have to relearn all my cancels again, and dashing as a whole is next to impossible. Comboing into Chemical Love is pretty difficult. So far I've been able to CL FRC 66 only one time out of like 50 attempts. Tried messing around a bit with Dizzy too, 421+S is rather difficult to do. The standard J motion I do on pad really doesn't work at all. On the plus side, I-No mixups are now much easier to do. EDIT: Also, how difficult is it to mod the joystick gate? I really hate the square gate and would like to replace it with a round one.

I really want to see these vids so hope theres no real big tech issues.

I have about 8GB of I-No matches. So if people want to request a player, I can put up what I have for them. Although most of mine are ripped from youtube, so the quality isn't the best.
