After looking at that site and a youtuve vid, I also like Tokinomiya Kamui. (I play Hibiki in CvS2 and Kojiroh in LB2) EDIT: so dashes in this game are a 3 button input instead of 2? or is that just ariel?

I'm an I-No/Dizzy player. Compared to Guilty Gear, how easy will this be for me to get the hang of?

I really don't understand what you're asking. Could you try to rephrase it? what are you using tension for in the jS, jc, jH, S-Dive? You don't need to jc the jS. jS, jH, S-Dive will connect on everyone. No need to add more heigth unless you're trying to jump over the opponent.

^^^well it's at the start of the combo, it's easy to get it to connect and just continue on without realizing the combo counter didn't kick until the third hit.

I think it depends on the hitbox. It doesn't combo on Anji but it does on Potemkin. Probably would on Dizzy, I haven't tried to say for sure. (the 5K, 5HS)

okay thanks, what I wanted to know was some more specific gattling combos. So for any of the above mentioned. 2K or 5S what comes next? 2K, 2HS, -------> Then?

so i'm a casual aba player at best. i think she's really cool but after they butchered her from her Isuka form which I am much fonder of I lost alot of intrest in taking time to improve her. that's been changing lately, thing is I was wonder what are some of her best gattling combo starters? Also does her 2HS FRC serve any real purpose?

can you explain this part to me? I tried and tried against Anji but just couldn't get that bit to work. I could only get the 2P to connect if I FRC'd the VCL for a faster fall. Even then getting the 2nd VCL to connect after the 2P, 5K was impossible. It would connect on a 2P, 2K in the corner, though. I also found alot times if not in the corner the first VCL wouldn't connect at all. So help me out here, what am I doing wrong?

To get it to work for Axel simply add another jump during the first j.S. Does 187 damage. If you can't get it to work for Baiken then you just need to do it faster. Does 207 damage. Anji has a little bit of delay with the P-Dive but it still works. Does 185 damage. For me 6P is a really good combo starter. I use it as Oki (bad I know but it works well) as well as for dash in attacks. dash, j.S, j.K. j.S, j.K, j.P, land (combo end) 6P---->variable. (I know you can extend that with 2K)

so i have this simple corner combo. 6P, 5c.S ,j.S, j.H, P-Dive, 66, j.S, j.H, UF. Problem is I can't figure something out that will keep the combo legit after the UF. Anyone have any ideas? Land, VCL doesn't work.

6321476+K in most situations, 360 if I need a little bit more height.

I never used the first FRC point, never saw any use for it. The timing on the second point varies. It's the split second as she begins to come up. More visual than muscle memory. However, it's a pretty easy one to hit. Especially if you're a good distance from your opponent.

I just got this game a few days ago. It's fun but doesn't hold very much replay value. It looks like a very early ps1 game and the charachter slection is just kind of blah. They should just focus on localizing long overdue new versions of last blade and samurai showdown.
