A badge system isn't going to do much outside of making matters look like they're superficially being worked on. The inherent notion that you need to 'reward' people like a bunch of dogs on being good community members is pretty silly. You should recruit people to re-do character forums and the like, WIPE THE FORUM ENTIRELY and start over. Outside of that, 'badges' and the like aren't going to do much of anything, this 'community' has been a rut for far too long, to the point where there's some odd social logistics here you could probably write a college thesis on. I would sooner link people to mizuumi's BB wiki's then I would link them here. Anime.
