This freeze frame of the "Oh so mysterious" character teaser might actually suggest another Tekken character has entered the ring: Lee Chaolan I'm fairly positive it might be him, but for now until we get something clearly and official I won't post this on the opening page. Hilde is the only non immortal I want to see come back because you're right, she needs to make more appearances since 4/Broken Destiny are her first games, also I really like Hilde. Like I said I'm not opposed to returning character but I'd like to see a 70:30 ratio of new to old, and as long as returning veterans are unique within the roster I'm 100% ok with them coming back = w=b

I actually WANT this game to be the "Street Fighter 3" of the Soul Calibur games, honestly I wish they had either dropped the 5 and gave it a suffix or just went with Soul Edge 2 (which was apparently brought up, but shot down) I love the Soul Calibur cast but I like when things advance, I can't stand stagnation. Honestly I'll be happy if Siegfreid is the only returning character (aside from like immortals I guess...) I also want them to reduce the roster, as of 4's cast there are too many characters that play too similarly/fill the same roles, I'm not going to call them flat out "clones" but you know what I mean. Bring on the newcomers! I just hope their is a character I like as much as I did Xianghua.

ALRIGHT! The System Guide has finally been completed in the Gameplay post! I also did a slight format change to make certain things "pop" out better, again another big thank you to Kazukifafner for helping with translations! Now all we do is wait....wait for the dream match to begin!

Nothing big today just a small announcement... No the system guide isn't 100% complete and until I find a willing translator it probably never will be..... (I've gotten as far as my skills allow me :<) Also I'll probably be reformatting the thread to look a bit more like my SFxT one, just to make things more clear Lastly the ACTUAL NEWS, Aquapazza will see release sometime next month! Well console ports are tricky for Examu for one simple fact......they are solely an Arcade company....they only make games for arcades, the ports for the Arcana Heart games have all been handled by other companies (Ecole and ASW) but since they are working on this with Aqua+ (who publish all of Leaf's titles which are used in the game) my hopes for a console release are very bright! In the case of Daemon Bride I don't think anyone wanted to pick it up for Examu due to poor "sales"/usage, because going by the amount of content generated it seems Examu may like DB more than AH.

:< Honestly I don't think there was very much, if any, hype to begin with. I think I'm the sole rider of this train, but ya know what, so long as I can get my hands on media and info about it I'm going to remain vigilant B< Besides the character I want (Touka) finally got announced and she looks awesome, no way I can give up now! Hopefully my faith will be rewarded with a quick console release + w+ Also almost done with the system section! (Amateur photoshop skills go!)
