Tested, and yes, surprisingly, you can with both H and FB Danzais. There's a big pause from the contact, so it looks really cool, too. At the same time, I'm not entirely sure why you'd wanna do that. It's far safer to just jump over it.

Okay, so I was trolling Blade's Quote Database (great job, man) and I came upon an interesting tidbit: "AXL LOW VS. KLIFF UNDERSN: You were pretty cool back in the day, man." That's his winning quote against him, by the way. Given his implied ties with Sol and the above, could he have had something to do with the early days of the Order?

Very thorough response, Blade. Good job. Testament vs. Sol: I suspect that it has little to do with mental strength. Keep in mind that Sol is the Prototype, which means he may not have been 'perfect.' Also, keep in mind that Testament and Sol were created at vastly different times, and any number of upgrades to the Gear design could have been made between Sol's and Testament's...er...Gearification. Millia: Where in the world did you get THAT from?!? Zappa: My understanding is that S-Ko and the rest of Zappa's ghosts are separate entities; S-Ko just happens to be the most prominent.

This possibility excites me. I'd always figured Axl to be a side character, none too important to the continuity of the series. Of course, this has no effect on whether I play him or not--to be sure, GG has plenty of side characters--but it is, in a wierd sort of way, disappointing. But if it is indeed true that Axl is Raven, then he could be considered one of the MOST important characters to the story, right up there with Sol, Ky, Dizzy, and I-No.

The way That Man phrased it makes it sound like Axl will, some time in the future of his delineated time line, create Raven by some action of his own, causing him to appear in the normal time line. This leaves his story open for a great deal of speculation and may even explain why he's dead/MIA in Overture. What if whatever creates Raven kills Axl? What if Raven actually IS Axl? Side note: I love how Axl refers to Sol as "Chief Sol." I wonder why....

I've heard it the other way around; that is, Axl's time-shifting is caused by Raven's existence. Doesn't Faust say something like that in XX?

It's hard to categorize the Guilty Gear characters, per se. A more accurate way to look at it would be to take all of the different factors that go into a fight and rate each character in each category.

This is the greatest thing I've heard in a long time. Slayer and Axl being drinking buddies...that's pretty goddamn awesome. Smart girl. Way to understand that we are far more important than your parents' orders!
