Man we were cleaning the soda up for a long time even with help. Whoever left their fucking soda uncapped that's some dumb shit right there. (I can understand cans but really this was a fucking bottle). People really need to help clean up, it was only me, qwerty and ehaung cleaning and everyone else around the spill just watching like durrrrrrr. Swear most of you guys must have someone else clean for you.......

Think you should delay the starting of games an hour or so after first one. So say like you wanted Guilty Gear started up at 2:00 then the next tourny begins at 3 and so on. If we don't have long to be there then start the signups for the 2v2 tournies at the same time and go from there. Also make sure that the people attending and bringing stuff get there as early as possible (Sorry as much as I wanted it to start late I'm tired of getting there at 12/1 and having the tourny start at 3/4).

lack of 2v2 was mostly probably because of time constraints and the fact that some of the tv's got hijacked for other stuff*coughgarbagegamescough*

Hmm can't you just keep track of who is entering what and then after the tourny is over and everyone go eat have people pay up then or you break their legs?

Does anyone have any tips on how I would improve doing HS, IAD, j.P, j.D, Alpha? I just can't seem to get the timing down because during the time I hit HS and go into IAD they have already teched before the j.P comes out.

Umm if you don't block in the first place it's gonna be hard of course. If you can't handle blocking as chipp or baiting as chipp then I doubt that you'll succeed with Jam.
