  1. There's one thing that I disagree with, the 2S with the ghosts sucks. I haven't used that since I played #R. Everything else is good, especially run in and throw for Raoh. That's usually the best way to stop them from blocking.
  2. Noel's got THE GUN SHOW!
  3. Opinion / Question: Is there any reason why Litchi should not 2C right in the beginning of the match? I catch Tagers with this constantly, and there's nothing they can do but block or eat it for Tsubame combo into the loop.
  4. Aww how nice, LK put the 5D corner combo I found in there, just with the extra Tsubame ender.
  5. Barely legal too.
  6. There's no such thing as Litchiohol.
  7. Jump-cancel forward B, air back-dash B.
  8. I tried Carl, but negative edge on a pad is hard as funk. I scrapped that real quick.
  9. Uh, can these be situational? Like with tension, or in the corner? I have a bad-ass on in the corner with 2HS.
  10. Naked Zappa (even better with the Dog) has a lot of different options to link together. One of the most effective things to do is throw in random 2HS into the string. The opponent is looking for an opening and they will think they can escape during the start-up. Then they try and they get counter-hit. Also watch the push back, and use 5Sf spit to stagger them and then run back in to continue. Sword combos should always start with 6P, 2S, period. There's too many good options from this that either lead to the BnB air combo or 6HS mix-up. Ghosts 5P all day. It's stupid but it'll get back any ghosts lingering on the screen while keeping your opponent where you want him. And usually as soon as I get the ghosts, I 236D toss. Again, 5P to get them back and repeat (for the most part, you'll need to get creative). Don't ask me about Raoh, I just end up using 5HS DAK all day and max range.
  11. I always picked the weird, hard-to-use characters in fighting games (Shun Di, Shuma-Gorath, Voldo, Zappa, Gen...). So, the logical character here was Arakune, although I didn't like his play style. I'm normally very aggressive and you have to be patient to use him. Not to mention, I realized I actually like a character with different stances (which all of those characters have except Shuma-Gorath) so Litchi fits in right there. It keeps me interested as I play the character.
  12. God, I hate these new notations.
  13. JBC > JC without the staff? How do you do this? JC will ground the opponent.
  14. But... anti-air! Sorry, in GG I'm use to a character that doesn't normally have any kind of anti-air and when he does there's insane recovery without tension.
  15. Hatsu? I know it's not Tsubame but, it's better than nothing?
  16. I've always sided with the weird character (Shun Di, Brad Wong, Shuma Gorath, Voldo, Zappa) so the natural progression of things was leading toward Arakune. Problem was, he was boring me because the bugs basically do a lot of the work for you and I can't negative edge well on the pad. Then, I switched to Litchi which fits my style, having different stances and move-sets keeps me interested (as all those characters show, except for Shuma).
  17. All Green is the last one I got to work. I've only done it once after doing the motion several dozen times (confirming the inputs in training mode).
  18. Direction+D, Direction+D, Direction+D, repeat until it attacks.
  19. JC, jump-cancel, JC connects? Doesn't JC ground the opponent?
  20. Yep, you're right. Thanks, these combos are driving me crazy.
  21. Ok, there a 3C[m] sideswap combo that I can't figure out unless I'm just not fast enough. 5B, 5C (1 hit), 3C IAD drop C, 5C, chun... How do the Japanese chun here?
  22. Just curious, how would you control the match keeping with [m]?
  23. Just don't 5B too much, you need to pay attention for Noel's 3C that'll go right under it. I think something important about the match is that Noel will more than likely come to you and if she's in, you'll have a serious problem. I agree with Zenmetsu where getting rid of the staff helps if she's evading your [m] attacks.
  24. [m] or [/m]?
  25. Obviously, you have a bad case of TNS (Taco Neck Syndrome).
