More on topic question, since I won't be able to play at all this week and test it for myself.. Does Blood Kain have any invincibility on start up? If so, it could possibly be a good anti-burst strat, depending on how fast Ragna recovers from it, to activate when an opponent bursts, leaving them free falling into a giant Blood Kain combo with the defensive drop.

Where can I find some good images for a custom stick? I see sticks all the time with sick ass art on them, but whenever i google search images, i get back jack shit.. or really small images.. do you guys just use like, wallpaper sites?

a directly above the head anti air, since it's his only blind spot in the event they make it to that position.. (chip teleport for example) Maybe a new 6p that covers more vertical space. as everyone said - quicker low punch move like a 1p.. akin to 'Sims down back normals in ST. maybe an S bomber with fast start up.. but more recovery.. harder to react to as a low TK bomber, but you need RC to continue into the loop. You become a lot more threatening in corner pressure once you hit 50%. But mantain the tensionless, but more reaction-able tk H bomber.

I think if anything defines the character archetype for this game, i'd say (though, i'm no expert) it would be how they play in neutral situations. in GG it seems as though every character goes offensive at some point.. some characters want to more than others.. ie.. there are characters that rush you down and want to always be on offense..(Millia, Jam) there are characters who want to make you come to them, then go off on you (Slayer, Potz).. there's characters who want to control you via mid range fighting (Ky, Faust) there are characters whose primary goal is to not necessarily win by killing you, but by not letting you kill them (bridget).. but even the later 2 types will apply oki and make mix-ups to get damage when they see the chance.

i agree and disagree. though technically, anyone can play any character anyway they want.. every character has tools that make them better in different aspects. You wouldn't play runaway potemkin because he lacks the mobility, and he becomes most potent at point blank.. thus you'd be keeping yourself out of your sweet spot, and results would be far below the usual pot play style. more on the topic, i'd say GG series is a lot different than most fighters, in the case of character archetype.. it's harder to judge because as momentum changes so do some characters.. like slayer is typically defensive, until he finds his opening, then he destroys you. Baiken is a fairly turtle char, but when she gets the kd she goes more offensive.. opposed to other games where characters play a certain way, and thats it.. ie - o. sagat.. who stays out of your reach and throws fireballs, and wants to stay that way the whole match.

thats true of every character in every game.. i'm just sayin i need hit training mode to learn at least some combos, before i attempt play against anyone.

i'd give 3S more like 8 or 9.. Yun, Chun, Ken, Mak, Uriend, Duds, Yang, Akuma, MAYBE Oro.. either way it's still under 10 so the point still remains.. lol /POINTLESS POST
