i think there still tweaking the game so it seem random right now but the game is still not finish. Like right now Heita has the most BS BBM in the game and B button so there messing with stuff they added chip Dmg and macro and other stuff so there working on it if anything their patch come out pretty fast cause they know stuff need to be fix fast

you dont need a taunt star to do his T.O.D. combo u just need Lv3 bar and a good hit confirm with 63214C or 41236C and ABC and the lulz start

yeah that pretty OP but i think if anything Heita new Button system is the most broken thing so far in right yeah u need Lv3 to do but its not that hard to get that

just run the game it auto updates it self till its at 1.04 and that all the characters for now.
