  1. Hello my parallel existence, I do ever so wish to partake in the bacchanal conviviality know to as NEC. I have not yet construed my means of conveyance. As they are well adapted to my funding and time available, I do hope in my current state of employment to utilize automobiles. If however my employment situation should change, I am hoping to keep open the possibility of last minute air travel. I shall confer upon you more knowledge about our means of locomotion as the time draws nearer. As of the present, the metallic beast looks forward to your attempt to sate its ever-hollow void with tribute.

  2. We await the dawn of a new age of enlightenment by tensing our bodies. We are not sure if they can survive the transition shock when entering the new world. Have mercy on us.
  3. Hey Big E. You had me down for GG a few pages ago, but now I am not on the list. Can you add me again? GG Light_Nazgul -NH
  4. Please sign me up for Guilty Gear. Light_Nazgul -NH
  5. I am some other GGAC player.
  6. It's a glitch. She does the old throw whenever there is a net over her as she does the throw. There were two nets in the video. The first one was slashbacked and the second went off as she was throwing testament causing the glitch. I have local friend that plays Baiken and it happens to us all the time.
  7. I loved it. Hurray for Youzansen FRC hype!
  8. Thank you Fraga for running this. Thanks Mindgam3 for the housing and the awesome closet. You are the shining hope of southern New England. Thanks Vyers and Cheese for making the broken team broken. Good job on anchor Vyers. Thank you Zoob for just being me. I must get the HNK's down more. Thanks LPT for unlocking the wonder of the mythology of Blazblue. I will dabble with MB some more. Keep on the Robo Fuork. It is coming along nice. Tales... consider how manly lobster bibs look.
  9. It is a terrible move to end a string with. I do find from personal experience that it does catch some people almost like a frame trap. They think they can jump out of the corner and get tagged not FDing. On hit, it is untechable for enough time that it knocks down. On block the move is -15. It lets your opponent get in on you or punish you for free. The move does have an FRC that makes it up to +9 on block. That is expensive though. A forward exe is the same for no cost. In your example video, it was just bad. It gave LOX a free out. Shonen tried to block a possible IAD escape with jK, but he gave up all momentum for no reason. He could have FRCed it, but he just resigned himself to a worse position.
  10. Let there be HNK. I vote HNK.
  11. New England Baikens are not dodge monkeys. We need angry fist t-shirts.
  12. Sorry about not replying sooner, and I should have been more explicit. A standing opponent with just an empty tk badlands on them for and opening will only let you get the first hit of tk badlands after the relaunch without a black beat. With a launch of some sorts before hand (examples: the opponent jumping, a net combo, a tree launch, hs beast counter or frc), you should have them high enough that the s beast is fully developed and canceled before they hit it. You will have time to connect a tk badlands after without a dash. It is easier to do on light characters, but I have done it to Sol. I think heavy characters are impossible. This video has some s beast launch combos at 58 sec, 1min 45sec, and 3min 32sec. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQBw3exX45s
  13. It is so unfortunate I am busy. I am glad to see you are up and still on GG. Love the GG. Hopefully we will get some games next time you are up or at the ever so far away final round. Nice. It has been a while. We need to get you out to some games.
  14. You can relaunch with frc S beast after 2-hit air or tk badlands midscreen. Follow up can include badlands, net, skull, 6K, 5S, 5/6HS. With the net you can force a knockdown.
  15. I shall be there. I shall not bring hope that "Tean NH" is there. I shall bring the realization of the despair that "Team NH" will be there.
  16. Saying so is never enough for such a bold claim. Actions are required, and saying is an action. The frame data is not wrong. We can only know some of the frame data at any given time. By studying the frames, we interfere with the events unfolding, and data is lost. The recovery frames may be counted on a whiffed attack with ease, but the active frames are lost. If we observe the active frames, the hit stop enters the equation and all hope of observing the recovery frames is lost. Collapse the quantum states if you must, but do not hope to get the whole answer. I want an analog fighting game.
  17. After you see which crow attack comes out first, you know what pattern it is and you can try to work with the crow. The scythe is slow enough that you can react to it and change what you are doing if it is the first attack.
  18. You'll never survive in the jungle! ttp://adventure.howstuffworks.com/survival/wilderness/jungle-survival.htm Try and guard this! It was a good time guys. The whole Saturday thing was kind of a let down, and the random DQ's is really lame. However, the tournament and casuals were very fun. Saturday night casuals and Sunday were a blast. Congrats to XAQshinor. Thanks for the good show at the finals. It was good having all of team NH there for a change. I hope the next major we are all at there is a team tournament. The power of Cheese is realized by a wider audience now. NE room. Thank you for the potassium Genstov! Thanks for teaching me to block Mindgam3. Keep practicing Max. Things will come together piece by piece. I was nice meeting you Danny and Paul. I will hopefully catch you again at Battlegrounds sometime. Thanks to all the NY and NJ guys that came to the New England room for casuals. Thanks for the matches A3. We will have to run a money match again next time Doomie. I will have my sweet revenge Sogos. Take care everyone. I will see you next time.
  19. Now a mighty dignitary of magical alteration of move properties graces us with his presence. This is joyous news indeed.
  20. Please sign me up as: Light Nazgul - NH GG:AC and SSFIV
  21. I will bring my CRT. However, it now has some discoloration but no lag. Also, Genstov is thinking about coming.
  22. Good games guys. It is really great to have ACT going again. I have to actually sit down and learn MBAA I guess.
  23. I ponder zombies. The physics they defy. Their experience as they break free and yet lack emotion to enjoy that freedom. Zombies are dead, but for being dead, they are a lively lot. More lively than viruses (which are questionably alive but are considered alive by certain individuals). Some think them dead because they cease growing. They so defy thermal dynamics. The energy they move under endless. When I looked at that I noticed something that seem far more startling than the other ponderings. They move with their stiffened muscles. When someone damages those muscles, the zombie's movement is hindered or made impossible. That is why in the case of modern zombies we do no see walking skeletons. I have observed something though at the same time that contradicts this. The severed hand. It has no muscles to pull from and yet it still grasp. How is this? The severed zombie hand transcends the zombies. It challenges nature in a way far more "reaching" than the zombies that spawned it.

  24. I can pick you up Tales. You are not too far out of my way, and my car has been fixed finally. I hope. There is only a couple more weeks guys.
