  1. iirc I think I got 5.5k off fatal with: FC 6C>236C>j.C>dash 5C>236B>dash 6C>236C>j.C>22C>dash 5C>2C>bubble>walk back 6C>22C>5C>air combo. I'll check in a little bit and edit if I am wrong. Edit:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4gk7VtZlrc You can only do 1 rep of hammer with this into super. Its me being meh so don't expect much. Edit: I forgot I went and tested my combo and with 1 rep of hammer>cure dot typhoon did 7k. So its a bit harder but it saves you 1 stock of hammer and gets more damage. Go me!
  2. I do it if I have meter! They never block the overheads.
  3. The only way you can combo off 16t hammer is on CH or RC. Well you can land the slide head and dash in to do cool stuff.
  4. 22D Has horrible proration don't RC unless its for a reset or gimmicks. 2D>RC 6A>2C>colliderx2 combo gives you about 4k. starter>sledge>followup>RC>5C/6C (stuff)>collider gives you decent damage depending on the starter. Pretty much this is the rule for me: If I already did 1 collider and they are not magnetized and I can kill them with RC collider then do it, if not go for positioning or a reset. Due to Tager's bad combo rate, RCing after a second collider is terrible but doing it before the first or second collider is ok as long as you get to do a ender afterwards.
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aglD1uLi9u0 I hate you all. Notation: J.D (TK frying pan)>5C>236B>dash 5C>2C>214C>6C>22C>5D (frying pan)>dash 2C>22C>5C>j.B>j.C>j.B>j.C>236Ax3
  6. Ok back lets start off with some basic things. The first thing I was testing was what Rachel can do and what I can get away with, I was seriously looking for something I can exploit, there are things but bah netplay. Second match was me actually being a bit more serious and seeing how the Rachel would respond, notice I used CA to knockdown Rachel, I am confident that if she was magnetized I can 360 her roll techs, I need to test this. The third match was me being netplayed because again I can react and block the mix up about 70% of the time offline but online is a different monster. So first match was a test. Second match was changing up a bit. Third match was taking what I know and trying to use it, notice I dropped that clutch shit near the end lol, I wasn't even mad. I'd also note that I didn't indiscriminately save random vids, those was the 1st, 2nd, and 4th matches. (I hit buttons and didn't save the 3rd.) The 6A was a meaty but he wouldn't tech and I was pretty much flipping my shit because he didn't want to tech. Honestly 5C is a far better meaty but I wanted to beat Cat chair and wake up mash. 1:58 of that vid was me thinking too much, normally if I see a pumpkin and Rachel nearby I expect to get 6B'd, I should have taken that risk. But you know what? When you play Tager you have to roll with a mess up and find a way to make it in your favor, this is what Mike Z taught me. Next time you see vids of Rachel you will see how I put up player and match up knowledge together. This afterall is a test on two accounts: The camera setup and how it would look on youtube. (sorry for the soul music, I am black so we love our soul music etc etc.) And so you can see how bad I play on netplay. Expect more vids soon. Yes that is my youtube account.
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=742Ew9t_z9o Third vid. I'll post up my thoughts on these matches later.
  8. 6C mashers...just do it. When I feel that someone is gonna roll I tend to not use 3C>bubble, I'd use 3C>22C dash in stuff.
  9. FYI Mike Z placed first in a few tourneys in CS1 back when AI was open and a few at FFA. He normally gets top 3 consistently. Hell from where I live one can say I am the best Tager in my region. Now for CS2 Mike really doesn't play it and he has been working hard on skull girls. I have been on CS2 but there probably won't be too many vids at ranbats, we always forget the camera. And about Jan? He is low key. How come people keep messaging me on xbox live about how Jan is better than me and he would dominate me? lol Oh msg to Skye! sign off my comp when you are done you dunce.
  10. Make sure the 22C hits your opponent on the last active frames.
  11. Its sketchy sledging it because if she is too close you get frame trapped, if they do it too far you get the sledge. Believe me I tried to IB sledge but..NETPLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!
  12. Looking at that vid I could have done the match up so different but it was netplay and we were having lag spikes. hindsight 20/20. Edit: part 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ws_kYV3Cig
  13. orz I was definitely testing stuff on Rachel, I have 2 more vids to upload. You can tell through the vids that I was searching for ways to get to Rachel. It was more like a "try this and see how it works" approach to matches. Also ribbit ribbit ribbit
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utWmWmGq5IA Me herping on netplay with a Rachel player. Ask any questions critique if you like this is just note taking. Edit: @ Manta: you can actually just do 6A without walking, 2D leaves you closer to your opponent now.
  15. I am never relaxed, I am either batshit nuts or hype off batshit. Its either one or the other.
  16. Its hard when you didn't even read the FAQ on the first page. I...violent thoughts.
  17. It is on the first page of this thread! why do you keep asking that!? T_T
  18. It's weird I have enough time to do B/Egadget and j.D whiff>j.2C but if I don't do 2B>2C>collider they will tech. I'll diddle around with it some more in a bit.
  19. Here is the weird thing. When I do AC whiff they tech in the air and I can't do anything afterwards. If I do B/Egadget they hit the ground beforehand. If I do j.D whiff>j.2C> 2B>2C>collider they tech after the collider. If I try to do J.D whiff>j.2C>2B>collider they tech. I tested this on Lambda FYI. I just thought it was strange they tech if I use collider. They don't even hit the ground in this case.
  20. I just did Egadget effortlessly. I can get it on film when this stuff uploads or when you go back home you can dabble. I am uploading a vid of me rambling for 20mins. lol
  21. B/Egadget state. Hold on I am gonna mess with it a bit more. Edit: You can B/Egadget them but they tech too early for collider whiff to work...its weird and doesn't make sense to me.
  22. It doesn't work but FC 6B>5D>236A>2A>5C>6A>2C>AC works. the 5B is too slow and the 5D forces crumble state which means they are no longer crouching. Otherwise 5B would link off the A sledge. with 2A got got 2.5k damage off of this omitting the 5B. I like this combo, it adds mag without spark which is a big plus to me.
  23. He is too far away after throw break. Like I said if you are gonna do a air throw break setup then do it near the corner and take advantage of it. You are in the range of 5C, you can collider the jump and you can 360 a approach, if they IAD you can j.A/J.C them to keep them in check. Just do not do it on people with fast long reaching air normals.
  24. I don't know these days I prefer spaced jumps so they are forced to approach for the AA and if they don't I can land and 360A through their poke. FYI troll stuff for Tager. A sledge follow up: 16 active frames, you can pretty much make funny tech traps with it, I have done a few mash traps and the later it hits the safer it becomes. J.B: 9 active frames are pretty baller, use it to OTG people who won't tech, I am gonna run some tests with it today so I'll let you know what I found. 6A: Clashes with a lot of stuff, 7 active frames...its 6A so its not much else to be said. Guys I barely pick Tager in casuals anymore because when I do I create salt loops. You know how bad salt loops are? They don't let me switch characters and they play me until they win a considerable number of times. They don't win.
  25. So thats what was wrong...pfft time for me to grind this out.
