  1. why no kokonoe or rachels cats? or jubei? i really didnt even mean to list cat things only. except for jubei. EDIT : it seems some people understand how to have true vision. but still, i dont think thats gonna work if they gots a 8 foot piece of plastic around. people who cosplay as hakumen should only do bunny hops.
  2. its probably the j.B, j.B, j.C, D. somewhere in there maybe you arent doing it fast enough. or, after itsuuC make sure u dash in before the j.B. i guess i should have mentioned that.
  3. practice makes perfect as they say. its becomes an awesome finisher tool once you get that flame ON COMMAND! easiest shortcut for me is 64128. i dont get how people do 64123698 and say its easier x___x"? and i lol when i get finishes with 2 all greens in a row. cuz honestly i cant combo off allgreen for my life even if its pretty much the same as other CH combos.
  4. nonsense. the world is full of short girls. LEGAL short girls.
  5. anyone know good set ups for = (magnetized air opponent)shortestcollider > 720? whenever i try this trick the person just flies over me instead of into me and falling to their doom.
  6. well since you found that out on your own, props to you. try (near ground) j.2C>RC>j.2C. its LulZ and u can follow up.
  7. yea it was definately the last one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvPHAz6ww-Q - taken from the video discussion thread definately. . . the last one. these combos are teh awesome.
  8. i think you should start working on more of her combos that involve tsubame. one i learned that helped me a lot is (near corner)5B, 5C(2) itsuuC, j.B, JC, j.B, j.C, D falling j.C, staff 2, (land)6C, tsubame, 6C, 3C. once i learned this i learned a lot of her other more difficult combos (6B/j.C CH, throw combos, and even staffless combos that end up with you and your staff on opp. in corner. this also introduced me into litchis pro corner game, i got a lot of wins with even the simpliest tech traps, and my friends were quite (GRAAAAAWRRR) until they figured it out. then i learned how to vary my traps. more (GRAAAAAAAAWRRRR.) etc. as for more ways to use the staff, Chun's thread has some neat info if you want to find more info out of this and some of the other threads.
  9. lets all gather and be random soldiers in backround while we watch noel and jin do a fight scene! we can even have an announcer! and then we can go attack people like random library jerks.
  10. i guess u could do that or j.B. or you can just not tech in the air at all. however j.D or any air might be used just to fool them maybe, instead of just landing safely. get the timing correct however.
  11. i wish carl would pick me.
  12. if noel has an air move that attacks beneath her, then i would say being higher MIGHT be better. but of course i dont know noel too much... but if she DOES have an air atk that has less than decent/decent range below her, then here is some info. litchis j.B[m] / ]m[ is one of her best air options, but it doesnt hit above her. it is however a beast laterally and below her. her j.C[m] is something to watch out for, b/c on CH it leads to combos. but it hits in front of her (maybe a bit of vertical range, but mostly in front.) her j.A does hit above her, but range isnt too great IMO.
  13. HUUUUUH it was your birthday yesterday! Happy birthday! :toot:

  14. well let me revise that. The only time he is dangerous is when he still has life bar remaining.
  15. EDIT : soz i assumed 6B was a projectile (the staff's hitbox anyway), guess i never really noticed it. i shall use it more often. i like j.C[m] cuz tager is so tall @___@ and shinshin again, beware of sledge or oki with it. yes theres plenty of good advice from the experienced, but this matchup forum was made to organize things. its not unnatural to ask questions about a matchup if people dont see the question answered in the matchup forum. if someone asks a question about tager that was answered in this thread, then i would agree that they should read more.
  16. the combo does not force a "standard stand up" it forces a neutral tech. its just a trap so when they do roll your 5D staff is hitting them as they roll. if you set dummy to neutral tech, the should eventually get out of it sooner or later and return to a neutral state; or get up and block your string. and about the stick, i can play on a 360 controller just fine, but a stick always makes things easier. at least for me IAD and corner traps are easier on stick.
  17. ^ that. so everyone learn it NAOOO get some fame!
  18. im quite sure grabs bypass blocks. everything is easier said than done yes? if some people need help with it then let them get help. post better advice instead of tellin everyone its an easy matchup whether it is or isnt.
  19. well hes referring to tech trap, tagers 5D xx collider. (well theres more..but this is the most common) no way we are close enough for a 720 after a whiffed collider in that situation o_O. and if we are close, ground tech away from tager is still better because the magnet from 720 isnt enough to stop a counter.
  20. yea some tagers are finding new ways to tech trap with collider x___x"
  21. litchi, because..well come on! staff? i practice bo myself. panda in hair? how awesome is that.. boobs? thats always a remotivator. ...big boobs in fact. oh yea, the staff floats! thats a plus when i first tried her. makes her fighting style interesting. AND she has boobs.
  22. of course you shouldnt RELY on it..but its not a bad idea to do so if you're confident you can get them in your mixup. especially if they're low.
  23. decent nu players will have an anti air rdy since they are usually zoning, so just either IAD and hopefully beat their reflexes, or delayed airdash to try to bait it out. id say with both fall with barrier or if she bit the bait j.B id say being in the air is best, to avoid her ranged mixup. just hold 7 so you dont have to worry (...as much.) as far as more offensive tactics i would like to hear also x_X
  24. because his tager buster A is invincible. just like communism.
  25. that would be best, HOWEVER, if they somehow READ your tactic or just get lazy and dont tech, your first part of KM will whiff, as KM doesnt hit on the ground until its spinning part. try to activate it right when your opponent flashes for tech. if opponent is set to land to the left of the staff, i do it early even if first few hits will whiff because if they tech left, they would escape.
