Sol's mix up and pressure game is pretty easy to block, even in America, but here we do stupid shit all the time. In japan players are solid. This means it is really hard for sol, becuase he doesn't have access to too many crazy tricks he has to depend on people making a mistakes more than many characters. In high level Japanese play, people don't make nearly as many mistakes.

just got bodied at mikado for 2 hours. they were actually doing a tourny tonight. I won like 2 rounds on about 1500 yen. lets play when i get back, I'm super salty now.

i'm gonna try to host the 2nd week after I get back, the 18th of december. No promises though. Point of this gathering would be to try out a grind for a few local baddies, myself included. I dunno who to pick on / try and improve, but all of us could use a lot of advice/work. What do you all think?

I agree with this actually. I think we need to do more gatherings about improving players. We should do a gathering where one newer/bad player goes up on a set up and then plays like 50 matches in a row against different players for each match, with other players coaching while they play. Like what we did to Dacid that one time he tried GG. I think it would be really be a help to newer players. my 2 cents. Also I went to some random arcade in yokohama tonight ( Game In Seven Islands was its name), and I got raped. No surprise, of course. But damn, the random scrubs there have crazy execution. fuck. Though I think I learned more tonight then I did at the last 3 gatherings. I'll be going to mikado later this week. I will get raped more. I hope to learn from it.

Plus I don't know what you are talking about, I have never had trouble finding an anime from a public tracker, some really old and bad anime are a little tricky to find its true, but anything worth watching is pretty easy to find with a simple search on animesuki or tokyotosho.... and you should buy your anime when you can any way. in summary you are all scrubs who need to get jobs and buy your anime! or stream it off legit cites where you can be sure the creators of the anime are being paid for their work.

yeah, when ever we have business guest from japan at our office in san jose, every day they want to go to in n' out, or outback steak house. Beef is sooo expensive here. my guess is you ripped them at a sampling speed that was too high? Try reducing the sample rate on the play back?

its almost like you described a fuzzy guard set up here............. PS any high or mid attack can "cause" fuzzy guard... fuzzy guard is just using a high attack (generally a jumping attack that would miss a crouched opponent) on some one who has locked themselves into standing block stun...

no, needs to be an xbox stick for it to work in 360. You basically need to hack a pad, or buy a TE stick to get a decent xbox stick

Yeah Qwerty is going to run brackets for this NCI, I have too much shit to do before leaving the country on tuesday. you use a drill, and drill out the screw, then use a bigger screw next time. Or if your really careful you can drill out most of the screw and extract the rest. I might be able to help out with this, but I am super busy atm, if you can wait till December I can help out.
