What happened to 3C? Or is this still referring to the 4B > 3C?

Yeah, I usually use it for the 236A if anything. I feel like it's useful once in awhile just to make them cautious of hitting buttons and eventually respecting too much. 22A meaty I'll have to take a note of against those options.

While definitely not new, but throwing it out there since some people don't know (or are picking up Eltnum), is everyone messing around with Eltnum's Vorpal trait for frame traps? In Vorpal state, you can cancel whiffed A normals into another normal or special. So something such as 5C > whiffed 5A > 2C > whiffed 2A > 236A etc can work.

If she's being predictable with blockstrings, don't be afraid to shield every now and then. With some of her normals, you don't have to be scared of getting GRD broken at certain spots (but not at point blank since she might [8]2B/throw etc). If you're having issues with j.C, try doing 3C. Properly timed you'll pretty much beat it and it'll net you good damage. As for pressuring her, it's just all about getting a feel for the opponent. Be careful if they have Vorpal for CS or meter (since flash kick super can clip you at a good distance away). Also whenever you have meter, things can get pretty scary for Vatista just because of AAing or 236C. Make sure to make good use of it.

It doesn't play like Melty Blood, but there's still some interest because of the developer. Plus it's always fun trying out a fighter with a brand new cast. -

I'll support the idea of cover these two titles. While it's hard to say if it's going to stay active, it'll probably be good to use these titles to test the waters again regarding outside games. While Examu and French Bread had their own forums/sites that are long inactive, there was still at least interest for their respective games at one point. Hopefully having it concentrated all in DL will revive things. -

Still think Tatsuya would've been a way better rep. But those priorities of theirs. If I'm right on if there's being a Black Bullet rep, I'd rather have Rentaro playable. Either way could work. I'd just be disappointed in a gun/punch assist or something. -

I was predicting Tatsuya over Miyuki way back, oh well. At least Mahouka got a rep (which isn't a surprise). My next guesses were Rentaro and Accelerator. Guess it depends on how many they're willing to add. -

Doing the same. Waiting on AmiAmi before setting down a preorder. I'm glad that we only have to wait a few months after the announcement. Was worried it wouldn't be until Fall. -

Who knows. P4U2 proved me wrong on how he'd turn out from just the change log. Now to hope the same thing repeats itself.

I wouldn't say that they made a character weaker than CS1 Rachel. It's just that Rachel went from strong to weak while Liz went from weak to even weaker.

No reason to waste 2 wind on a 6A CH. The 2 wind is usually for when you air to air someone and hit confirming off of that. The j.C hold version I'll maybe do off of a 6A CH. Only benefits really is slightly extra damage at the cost of wind, imo. You can do the j.[C]>j.C>j2D route off of an air to air hit confirm as well. I don't always recommend it though unless you're sure you and the opponent aren't too high up, so I usually opt to use 2 wind to safely get the combo without letting the combo timer go for too long. If I 6A AA someone off of a non counter hit, then the j.C hold combo or the 2 wind combo are the ones you should do. Yeah, this is usually the one I like doing if I want to spend the wind.

Like Kiba said, 2C. 6B even beats it but you're going to need enough distance and time to get that hitbox out, so 2C's safer. Remember to watch Tsubaki's Install meter to make sure she even has that option of 236D after the fireball. If the Tsubaki player catches on that you're just waiting to bait that 236D, she'll try to instead build some Install meter. So instead, you can super jump and set up a pumpkin or lobelia or something. But yeah, zoning in this matchup is fine (just don't give her too much time to build five charges all the time). You're just going to have to pick your spots better and try to not throw anything out as soon as you see 236D.

It just sucks how badly Kokonoe can mess up the neutral game against Rachel. It just feels extremely worse when Kokonoe faces Rachel in neutral compared to Kokonoe's other matchups :/ (besides Tager, since that looks really awful). And even with oki, Rachel doesn't feel in control as she would on other characters' knockdown. Disappointed if N-O ever does switch, even if it's only temporary. Guess he feels that it's pointless to stick with it for this version.
