Mm.. The problem is not at the 5dd > 2dd part, it's the follow up of 6dd > 2dd. After the first 2dd, there is a lot of delay, that's why people JC out of it into j.dd. To do 2dd > 6dd isn't cakewalk... I'll keep that throw combo in mind :3 Yeah, I know. I'd njust like to get a good hold of it to imncorpirate it into my BnB if possible that's all. Anyways, since I'm already hear, what kind of high damaging bnb do you guys usually do that's not needing high speed input dashes, basically online play? I usually use- 3c > 214a > 2c > j.c > j.2c > 214d > 3c > 236d > RC > 5dd > 6dd > j.dd > j.dd > 214d

Anyone know timing on this combo? throw > 5dd > 2dd > 6dd > 2dd > j.dd > j.dd > 214d I know its possible, I've seen people do it, and I've done it accidentally multiple times. Is there some kinda cancel or neutral that i'm missing to input this correctly? Obviously this requires timing, and is character specific. Can be done off of 236d > RC as well...

I have PS CS3 and CS4, but I'm thinking of using my Adobe Illustrator instead. I heard its better? o-o.. either way I suck with all of it T^T..

This is a casual question for TaoFTW mainly. My aerial mixup and movement has dramatically improved over the months, but I still have one flaw, my aerial defense. I notice when you play john, that when you try to get a good angle for a CH j.c by single/double/triple super jumping up high to mixup their defense, how do you know when they are gonna throw a curveball attack at you and defend it accordingly? for eg., You're clearly high enough to not see the Nu down below. As a average Nu player would attempt a 2d to try to catch you, how do you know WHEN to throw up that guard when you can't see the enemy? Ive seen you do that alot, and even do aerial IB's without seeing the attack. It still blow's me away and I wonder what the defense game is that works with that, thats all. Btw, I'm starting to rely just on Tao now, and not Nu for wins. I think its a good sign

Wow.. I should start taunting after a successful drive cancel now instead fo 5b... 0-0 thanks! As XDest said, you have input the 236bb after 9D~9 and before 236b. I suggest practicing with 236bbb > 236bbb first, Its not foolproof on longer combo's, but trust me, online, its MUCH, MUCH easier to land. I've tried 236bb > 236bbbb alot and like you it whiff's pretty often. I rely on the easier one usually.. btw practice on Ara or Tager first, their frames are more friendly than other characters.. like carl XD.. By the way xDest, how many frames are there inbetween 236bb and 236bbbb? I just want to get a reference on if it has to be timed like a drive cancel (Like 3 frames?) or like near impossible (like the 1 frame dash 66 > 5c after a 236236d). I dont usually use 236bb > 236bbbb... D:

He's a two drive looper. But he can be triple drivin, I'm not really sure how that works, I'm sure xDest know's. I know 3c > 5d~6 > j.C > 5d~6 > j.C > 5d~6 > j.a > etc works... i duuno either

Wow, whaddayaknow :P Yeah, sure enough, tried it myself, it works too.. thats a crapton of damage D: and its pretty easy to pull off, just if there's online lag and the spacing and timing of 66 -> taunt between certain distances of CH 2d~A is the only trick part of this combo... otherwise jesus 5k+ is a hell of an advantage D: Hmm.. I dont think it works on Rachel XD..

Just a combo man, not highest damage potential. 2d~5(CH) -> 5d~6 -loop loop into whatever is already known widely... Just exploiting CH's and potentials :/

Recently picked on a strange Ara combo, really not sure if its been found yet. Strangely damaging too. 2d~a(CH) -> 6c (Small charge) -> 6c -> 6c -> 6c -> 6c -> 6c -> 214214C Still not sure if you can do 214214c -> taunt -> 214214c yet. You tell me. Fool around with it, its actually a great anti air for Ara, except it HAS to be CH, so its pretty situational.
