Totally different. PC a company can release and host something on their own or use different services to do the work. Consoles you have one choice only and that's the company that owns that console you have to go through.

You can play it on any other account on the console that the JP account is on. Just don't remove the account from the console or the game will be unplayable.

They clearly label it "DIGITAL" in a blue box next to the product name on Playasia. If it doesn't have it then you are ordering the physical one.

No PSN game is region locked to a specific region. All ASW fighters this generation are 100% open region for competition online.
