DL wiki has up almost all of the frame data on the character pages. The JP site was always password protected. The site was only intended for mook owners who got a password from inside it. The site originally only checked the password at the start, then it sent you to the data. Now it is the same php through out the site checking so people without a password are out of luck. If you are assisting in the DL wiki and need a copy of the JP data, PM me.

SP Values you'll have to do the old fashion way. Do a move 10 times and divide by 10. Some moves may be hard to get so just get the total it does if it's a multi-hit.
