@koko, there is critiquing, and then there is insulting. By simply saying all the opponents were weak on top of questioning my personal opinion on ached sphinx on the actual video i felt that you were more so insulting. In no means am i saying ached sphinx is god like, but he has greatly improved and is in my current opinion one of better xboxlive lambda's. I have other videos slaughtering lambda's that i didnt post because there was no need. I mainly posted the videos because of the endings for the most part. @Herbal grey I appreciate your critique. I know that either of us didnt play 100% perfect, if ached sphinx 3c'd more i would have adjusted but he didnt however.After making the mistakes i thought that the finishing of the video was a little hype. Against tager, 1. Starting j.2c on tagers wake-up alone is a strong option. This baits any attempts to wake-up grab reversal and gives rachel a strong damaging combo starter on counter hit if a tager tries anything.It also catches wake-up backdash. Its also safe on block, the only things that could beat that out would be 2c on a late tech, or his magnetic tech wheel super. Both are punishable if i jump and do nothing which i did to bait counter assult. 2. 6c in blockstrings was a cs1 habit that i broke so very long ago i never do it now ^.^ espically since you dont have to. 3. I feel as though his spark bolts werent random they were all just baited or i conditioned him to use it. I almost never get hit by spark bolt outside of combos for extremely long time period going back to ct days. I respect the fuck out that move when full screen and when he has obvious time in close rane to do it. 4. I zone and rush down, thats what rachel is a hybrid of sorts. If your too passive against tager you will lose the match, he is one of the easier characters that can be placed in rachels rushdown/mix-up madness. I for sure that too much passive playstlyle isnt good because it happens against my friend bman, and any good tagers like axis. You only runaway will still allow him to place you in the corner. rachel's zoning no longer does sufficient damage, and when tager has spark bolt zoning becomes much more scary to do. Finally the litchi, i will completely agree about, he is not good at all but you couldnt tell him that in cs1 when he was winning all the time for free against rachel using litchi. that particular video was honestly posted not only because of its ending, but also to expose him.

Dude are you trying to say that your some blazblue god? ached sphinx for one isnt weak. 2. im sure m friend bman can beat with his tager more time then you can beat him in a match-up thats in your favor. 3.my friend was not bad at blocking what so ever, rachel your guessing completely vs her. and he blocked consistently well even in those videos.

The only reason why neji im sure didnt ragequit due to the fact that was a ranked match as for every match up there. The burst baits were crazy espically against ached sphinx because i probabdly would have lost if i hadnt baited them.

im also extremely disappointed in the mimic characters. they could have just easily ripped zasalamel talim or rock(to name a few) put new clothes on them and then call it a day.

Steins Gate will be my first choice then =). I generally like a variety like for ex: silent mobious, gate keepers 21, card captor sakura, deadman wonderland, naruto. there isnt really a type for me i say as long as its a good anime i will like it. thanks you guys im writing down all the sugestions now so i can watch them later in my spare time.

Hey fellow rachels..whats are some good brand new animes that have came out this year...i already watched deadman wonderland.

All im gonna say is for those that believe blazblue doesnt require alot of thought when is actually why you get beat the way you do. Many of you mentioned and unmentioned in these last few pages lost to a horrible character who deals 1.1k damage on average constantly over and over. Characters like dark phoniex, and regular phoniex, zero(left right dashing and hard to see cross-ups while blocking an assists and very good mobility that many other characters dont have, great long combo potenial), wesker(with command throws, high life, teleports, one kill combos) when choosen against lesser characters require a whole lot less thought, while the other player is fighting an uphill battle actually infact having to think greatly because they dont have it that easy. Im sure ultimate fixed that problem and im hoping the game feels more balanced and bit more difficult for players overall. There arent as much scrub characters that are overpowered. Yes alot of my experinces with marvel3 have been online but definitley not all because we have a scene down and here and i have beaten anyone i played against atleast once. But that still doesnt change the fact that many top tier characters are easyly overpowered. lol like magneto l disruptor spam with sentinel assists. Or taskmaster with sentinel/dr.doom missles. Really easy mindless things that are very dominating to alot of the cast. I have the blessing to play blazblue offline. And in tournament i have placed top three in three different tournaments two having lord knight in them and one having omnissycthe. These players do well constantly because not only do they use great characters but they play them well and have good fighting game fundamentals/neutral game. Thats what sets them above the rest. And marvel3 currently now i honestly feel as though its not about fundamentals as much espically since people are all using one team kill combo teams.

Awww i see that im hurting even more feelings in here(sad face). I dont play this game anymore, and when i did play the first few months there was not one person i couldnt beat that i faced against with a untraditional grouping of characters. Im just glancing at so many xbox live gamertags in here like hepatitiszed(i have replys) and epicgentlemen who can not fuck with me at all whatsoever in blazblue..even when rachel was trash you could never and will never win. Its scrubs like you who are the ones who main games like marvel3 where you may actually get away with beating someone you couldnt in other more brain involved games. Smash bros is as i said on the same level as marvel3 there both fighting game entertainment period. A game that holds your hand and only requires training mode. When fighting against zero, wesker, dante every single player is doing the exact same shit in there pressure or neutral game tactics for the most part. At the end of the day i dont know any of you in real life and i only post in here just to bring the ego of players like hep down a few notches. And remind them of just how free they are in more brain involved fighting games like blazblue.

awww people feelings in here are hurt at how they " believed " that when they won using dante and other select 7 or so characters they actually were acheiving something meaningful. Im sorry that there is actually a person how here(me) who is not afraid to bring your turn off brain back to reality. I dont see justin wong winning every tournaments there have been moments where he has lost. The only way fundamentals apply to this game is where your using the same spammed characters weskers, wolverines, dantes, magnetos etc...when playing against people who want to use who they like over who you need to pick to win with..fundamentals are not nessarily needed anymore. Just training mode. People wanna get on and call doa, smash bros and such fighting entertainment, marvel 3 is noooooooo different. hopefully ultimate will require you to actually thinkin a little bit before you act.

One im not a robot or slave, i will not allow a capcom tell me that after i buy there game to win, without the use of my brain, i need to pick the top 6 or 7 characters that 90% of players are choosing and do brain dead shit. Second, i wouldnt be able to win any marvel tournament due to the fact that my brain would turn off from no activity while sitting in front of the t.v in autopilot. Im very use to actually thinking in a fighting game, when i dont need to use my brain example vanilla marvel 3 ill surely fall asleep =3.

hopefully in ultimate the game will require the use of your brain unlike vanilla. it probadly takes more brain power to actually buy the game then to use select character teams like akuma/wolverine or wesker and cold star haggar or akuma assists... EDIT: cant forget dante amd select assists

Is there any way or place to request to the devolopers that they add back the feature when you hit the opponent after ko they keep doing there death screams. Its not present currently and its been in all the previous titles.

for Rachel mirriors it really comes down to the one who can apply the most pressure either zoning wise or offensive wise(rachel all in the other ones face). What really can change the tide of the match is to have a great read on the other rachel like a frog summon when it isnt safe to do so, or run past her when she throws a lobelia down in the air and hit when she cant block on landing. Or you know a cat chait is possible and compensate for it. Using tempest dailha as a threathening tool to advance the other rachel. Things to remember to are like breaking her guard which is rather easy with rachel. Teching with wind which is soo fucked up in this match-up. And confusing the other rachel by adding wind in your movement can all help in gaining the advantage.

I dont agree with the above statement in terms of tsubaki's range being short-ranged and to use zoning to benefit. Tsubaki is geared toward anti zoning tools and has many ways to punish zoning at many ranges. I will add more later. I have had a large amount of matches against owner's tsubaki and i feel like i actually understand the match-up much better then before.

in terms of the bang match-up are people really insisting that its easier for rachel to beat bang over another character like platinum. When fighting platinum is clearly easier then fighting bang?
