I honestly can't see how Ky can pull that off. It's still very interesting to see, still new techniques are being figured out in this game is a good sign.

It's about time I start posting again since my roles here in Toronto have almost wrapped up. I'll have to come back here for schooling, but not yet, for about a year or so. I'll be back on the weekend, it seems I won't be leaving Toronto until thursday. I've kept it to myself because I didn't want to sour the times of joy that were overall taking place at Foonzo with how much they supported this scene, which started 4 maybe 5 years ago. I'll probably be more vocal when I get back. But doing a "send off last day at Foonzo" is just bad politics, unless you guys already did it. It's not like some graduation, some people are even bitter about it. It's just like saying "Hey, we found a new place to press buttons and you assclowns have fucked up our ability to enjoy pressing buttons here, so K TNX BYE :D" It's sometimes better to leave abruptly to really leave a reminder to people when they've "done you wrong". Also, I'm liable to believe the whole knife story, only because to get the police and what not involved in a "tale" is a bit hard to do. In my opinion. You will one day, Foonzo is a very unique location. The owners aren't quite sure what direction they should head with their establishment. They're growing and figuring out how to grow. I'm certain things happen for a reason like what's going on now. But no one ever said you can't bring a girl to something to Foonzo, just don't go and try to sadlife it there is all lol. Has anyone watched so much Xrd vids that they forget what iteration of GG they're playing? I've had so many instances where I wanted to dive kick someone with Sol and realized I wasn't playing Xrd (yet).

It is still possible to get a write up on Order Sol and/or Robo Ky matchups?

So wait, 3hs>GS>hs.VT>stun dipper? I never imagined that as a combo route. Did I understand it correctly?

Wait, are we talking about the same thing? Where would you insert stun dipper in the middle of 3hs>GS>hs.VT?

Are there alternate combo options on her to get corner knockdown or will I have to wait till december or november to figure that out?

What's Xrd? On Topic: Does valentine's beam super have any uses?

1. I'm not sure if there if any significant damage increase, but Sacred Edge when it passes through a grinder becomes basically a full screen instant beam super that wallpins for extended damage. 2. yes, Grinders disappear once a projectile fires through them, if the opponents projectile hits it (examples like stinger aim and gunflame), or they simply disappear after a short duration of time (I'd say 2-3 seconds). 3. Ky only got one new normal, 3hs, which is a sword launching sweep of some sort, not very safe of block, can be combo'd into off f.s on crouching opponents leads into immense damage even by Xrd standards. It's usually 3hs>GS>j.s>j.hs>VT. Though no one really uses it because the opponent recovers in the air just about the same time Ky finishes his landing recovery from VT. Making the combo not very viable since you get no oki and the opponent is slightly above you allowing them to pressure you. Though I am wondering, @QWERTY, if it possible to do 3hs>GS>VT? If I remember correctly, ground hs.VT is untechable right? Perhaps that can be a less damaging viable combo route that grants oki and decent damage.

^Not buying it will certainly help ArcSys gain the financial resources they need to hire people to put Bridget in the game... Sorry, I feel liek this logic is somewhat flawed, even though I understand how people feel with regards to their character(s) not being in the game.

Because they're broken/imbalanced. They're made strictly for humour purposes. Something like EXX Ky's FB lightning bolt are ridiculous. They've never been designed for competitive purposes, hence why they are always absent (just like Xrd, if they'll make them in the first place) in the arcade releases of Xrd. Just like boss forms of BB characters, they're designed to be over the top and ridiculous. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, this is very true. I've love to see more of him though. Preferrably vs someone who's profficient with Ky, like Roz. Is either of them the gimmicky ACR Sol from A-cho who doesn't believe in pressing 4 during a match? Agreed. I think I would be seeing kishitaka tearing things up in Xrd. Was he there for the loketests for the game? That sucks

Makes sense. i'd be nice to see more of him, he always pulls out the most wicked alternative Sol combos, and has superb hit confirm. His neutral game isn't as strong as others that also specialize with Sol I find though.

Oh, I only asked because there's not a lot of videos last time I checked of him plowing through people like Machabo with Sol.

... Fuck.... I made that Ky state as a half joke, I was kinda hoping they wouldn't do it... Is this how much the Sol one costs: $105.66? EDIT: Can you order the Sol one now that it's been fully revealed and painted and what not? Do they ship to Canada? I would like to know this info for the Ky statue when it's officially revealed, if I can preorder it when it's revealed.
