Uh too many names to list, so I'll just say it was really nice meeting everyone from PNW, Socal, Norcal, and Texas. I was one of the two Valkenhayns (along with Zeero) from Toronto/Canada for those who don't remember. The tourney itself was run rather smoothly, and casuals in the PNW room were really fun, thanks for inviting us Huey! Definitely coming again next time! Just wish I got to play more GG. Special congrats to Spark and LK for going all the way with their top 8 performances! You guys are both robots. Oh and <3 Kayo Police

My colleague, Zeero from Canada was also on stream :P (only Valk to make it out of pools as far as I know). Lost to Zong on stream 2-1. Edit: There were actually a lot of Valk players at evo. I ended up meeting and fighting against BerserkJustice in my pool (pool 11 whee), and I also met Orion and TheBiter, nice meeting everyone there.

Hermes, K2 and Pui made it out of pools (Pui in winners, the others in losers). Linear should make it out unless something happens. Everyone else got taken out (Lost to Spark and Jan, which is what I expected. Hard pool yeaaa).

Well it wasn't that Annihilation didn't get advertised, it just got overshadowed by the other event comics at the time (Civil War). I think Annihilation caused a bit of a splash despite that, it wasn't that bad (at least, that's what I remember, back when I was reading comics half a decade ago). @ Blade: I collected/bought comics back in high school, but I stopped halfway through college due to tight funds. Don't keep up anymore tbh, but every once and a while I check out /co/ to see what's happening. Annihilation/Cosmic Marvel was basically my favorite part of Marvel back in the late 2000s, so I'm really glad UMvC3 is giving a tribute to those characters by including them.

If you end up blocking her drives, and she goes into a drive blockstring, you can 6A the overhead kick drive before it comes out and IIRC you can also 6A the spinny gun (6C) drive if you're close enough (edit: mid-string 2D and optic barrel cancel as well if close enough). Everything else is risky. Just pay attention to what drive strings the Noel is commiting to.

I'm guessing AirMaster here is the only other guy who read cosmic Marvel stuff. I'm hype for Nova and Raccoon Fuck the haters.

What's the point of having Hawkeye when you have Taskmaster. Actually what's the point of having Taskmaster, when he's basically Captain America/Spidey/Hawkeye combined, and a better character than the first two!? (well maybe that'll change)
