  1. I've notice a lot of people tend to lurk the Austin topic and seem very smart, but never check anything else on dustloop (why would you, lawl). If anyone can help out in this issue, that would be great. http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?11831-Input-Delay-on-Arcade-version-of-CS2&p=1037004#post1037004
  2. So, uh, this money match I've been hearing about...
  3. I only fear Makoto's that don't mash throw on wake up and do do combos.
  4. I feel like I should spend more time on it. I didn't realize the BlazBlue servers we're up until recently. And this entire time I've been playing Arcana online. Speaking of which, Arcana needs to hit PSN stores already. Kind of sucks knowing there's like a total of 20 people online like... ever...
  5. Was told that it would be moving to an HD cab later today. It should fix the issues the game is currently having on that cab, but we will see what's up when it's done. Also, giving CS2 online another chance, it's actually not bad. Feels like CT again ;p
  6. Arcade UFO now has BlazBlue CS2. Go play it, now!
  7. Welcome to a few days ago, population: you.
  8. This PSN patch is taking fuckin' forever to download.
  9. And that's why you keep coming back.
  10. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY!!!
  11. I've seen them in person, and even I don't know.
  12. Once Markus shows up, everyone will get raped. The end.
  13. Sadly, the bugs from the xbox version are still on the PS3 one. Getting wall bounce combos for certain characters are annoying, and the way they bounce off the wall is strange to look at. I thought the "1.04" thing would fix it, but I feel like it's a typo on there part. When entering in game, it says version 1.03. Yet, when I goto options, I set it on "latest version" and it puts me on 1.03 all the time.
  14. lol @ the times when blocking 4 clean hits in a row. That shit felt like it was +34289513489571390489482 on block.
  15. Great news to hear. However, bad news to hear is that now that the patch is live for CS2 on Xbox 360, the game appears to be buggy as fuck now. Think GGAC the jap version, except 5 times worse.
  16. He's turning people into stupids. You better watch out, don't catch the Marcell :o
  17. The Monster Hunter talk that killed the topic to begin with!! I remember everyone raging about that and everyone said fuck the Austin topic. YOU SEE THAT!!! THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!! SDKLFJSDAKLJADL; But uh, I think overall, stuff like Facebook killed this topic, lololololololololololol. Among other things...
  18. Wow, how low the Austin topic has fallen. Remember the good ol' days?
  19. How cute... Regardless, it's interesting to know that CS2 will be the official game here at this event and CS1 will be set as a side event. No idea how that was decided, it seems more random than anything else. "LET'S DO CS2 TOURNAMENT GUYS, NO NEED FOR FEED BACK, LAWL!!" is what I'm seeing here. However, I'm glad to see that CS2 was the version selected after all. My only worry is the amount of time to practice, seeing as how there still is no exact date for it, other than people saying "IT'S ON MAY, GUYZ!". As stated before, CS2 hosted at this tournament is nice for advertisement reasons. However, if this is the only way the company is gonna advertise, I'm a bit concerned for the scene in terms of growth. Something like CS2 should be a big thing, shouldn't it? It just feels like a silent update... Whatever the case is, see you guys there.
  20. While trying to stay true to the source, I can understand what exactly was implied here. Gonna be free for Japan anyways, so I don't see the point of bringing that up as part of the debate. Can't tell if trolling or just very, very stupid. But then again, awful players tend to be full of themselves because they feel they are a big part of the community for some... random reason. How such a behavior occurs is beyond me. but three weeks should be enough time for players to adapt to the CS2 changes I have to agree on this statement, granted, if we we're located on another planet and we we're not human begins. Yes, this statement would be correct. Seeing as how we live on the planet earth and I do hope the posters here are human (are aliens trying to invade this forum?!?!? ROBOTS ARE THE FUTURE), this statement is false. To be able to learn all the match-ups and to adapt new knowledge of the game in a matter of 3 weeks is just not possible. Truth of the matter will be, with CS1 it's anyone's game. For those who've been keeping up with the scene, and are not posting ignorant post such as the one quoted here (this isn't an insult if it's true to the facts), results will say otherwise. Final Round? Of course, these ignorant people will always be in disbelief even with the facts in front of them because they refuse to learn and know better. But why should we care what they say? Let's just hope they don't have any big feed back on any type of important decisions here on this discussion. With CS2 involved, for America players to dedicate themselves for 3 weeks worth of practice and having almost no break will be one hell of a challenge. However, even then it won't be enough time to get every thing straight and worked out for the most part. Even if Japan was absent from this event, no doubt in my mind the results will be random regardless who wins. The top 3 will change within' 2 months period, and the game won't get the top players stable into a good 3 months in the game. But CS1 and CS2 are basically the same game Playing it at first can lead you to believe that. However, if people are always stating such things like "We can't just simply post a change list in one post, it will be far to big!" then obviously that statement is incorrect. What I would like to see is maybe a poll of some kind voting which game they believe they wish to see at the event. Depending on what they vote for, they should also express some sort of feed back on why they believe that game should be in it. At the same time, people should not justify why they present that specific piece of info as there argument (ie, saying Japan will be ahead, while the counter argument is "whatever! japan will win anyways durp durp im retarded japan wins everything!!" isn't considered a good counter argument in anyway). I for one, vote CS2. Yes, I know I listed a lot of down sides on why CS2 should NOT be on the event. However, it feels best that CS2 should be hosted due to small things like advertisement, and to hopefully spark players back into the Blaz scene. There are many other reasons to present, however I will stand by and say that CS2 would be the wises choices (this is going on and compare to the history of what Guilty Gear had to do deal with in the past for Evo, as explained in the post I quoted above).
  21. Ummmmmmmmmmmm... Hate to say this, BUT OF-FUCKIN'-COURSE THERE GONNA THINK CS2 WOULD BE FOR THE BEST?! ARE YOU FUCKIN' KIDDING ME, IS THIS SOME KIND OF TROLL POST?! IF IT IS, I GOTTA GIVE YOU A GODDAMN 20 OUT OF 10 FOR MAKING ME TYPE ALL CAPS!! If you're talking about something else, then oops! Continue along But yeah, I have so say, this would make for an interesting debate...
  22. It's true. Compare to all of us, Hoang is really bad. I don't know why he is doing this, don't lose all your moneyzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
