You have to make sure you dash in far enough at the second 5CC or you'll be too far to do the rest of the ender. On that note, for the first combo, omitting the j.B actually makes the combo do way more damage. So I'll be sure to edit that. Also, the timing overall for the full 5CC ender is really strict. If you can't do it, then a good alternative is 5CC A cannon A cannon dash 5C 3C sword iris dash 5CC pumpkin. There's probably a better way to optimize that combo considering there's new stuff out... so I'll work on it when I have time.

I honestly don't think Rachel will get changed much. I expected cat chair and 6B nerf and I'll be surprised (albeit happy) if the j.2C change stays. If it does stay though, her mid screen oki game will look very different. It'll represent CT oki a lot more (and no more problem with Noel mashing out during summon oki).

If you start with something that has a really high prorate, you can't do the whole ender and have to clip out parts or they'll be able to tech. Most of the dashes you also have to buffer. But once you get used to it, it becomes really easy.

I'll add stuff once I'm not feeling lazy. But thanks for everyone's input. SPA- Rachel also gets pretty significant rewards from corner cross up. If you get a j.C starter, that's 90 p1 which means the following combo will hurt quite a bit. I understand you're trying to think of- "What if it doesn't work?" But you also have to take into account- "What if it does? What are the rewards and what are the risks?" Them escaping is not a risk. Of course at some point they're going to get out of pressure. After all, this isn't CT Rachel and at some point they'll get 50 meter and dead angle out, find a point where they can jump, where they can mash out, etc. The risk for corner cross up is that you risk being dead angled or bursted into the corner. The reward is if it works, you get pretty good damage, wind, and you put them back in the corner with them more scared of what you're going to do next. Normal corner pressure your likely starters are j.A/j.B or 2B. If they're not paying attention- 4B. If they mess up, 3C or 5B. Where as even if they are paying attention a corner cross up is something that's very of putting and something that can throw off a lot of players... especially if they've never seen it before. I mean, Noel has the same thing where she can corner cross up with j.4D which is a very obnoxious tool. Yes Noel's corner pressure is really strong with her mashing 5A at you so why do a corner cross up? Well, getting hit with j.4D cross up hurts and sucks. If you block the cross up, then she would face the same problem that Rachel faces except she can't use pumpkin to cover her butt and keep going. But will she use it and should you expect it? Yes. Having more tools available and taking into consideration more options makes you a better player... not a worse one.

Yeah. I guess I should note that. Something like j.C 5B 3C BBL level 3 and what not would be pretty cool. SPA- not really since you still get to continue your pressure so I wouldn't say you're throwing away your pressure at all... especially since if you wanted to you could cross them back up. Also, any combo into BBL will let you put them back into the corner. You don't need a high hitting one. The only thing you'd really have to watch out for is if they block and then decide to dead angle/burst you back into the corner. If you want a meterless combo, you could probably make something work with level 2 j.2C, but I'm kind of lazy.

Good luck at Super NCI. Also, the pro strat for stick is one person controlling directions and the other person controlling the buttons. Me and sG once did a V-13 combo this way. All I did was mash D.

In CS2 no/not really unless they're in the corner. Then you do like 5CC 236B 5CC dash 3C sword iris stuff. Pretty much all her mid screen stuff that does any damage allows air tech unless she has meter. It's kind of one thing I don't really like about CS2 Rachel.
