Nice matches Skyline... it's a pity all of the people I want to play online only have PS3s... oh well. :P Anyways, does anybody know of the top of their head any Noel players that consistently upload videos to Youtube? I'm looking for people to subscribe to for good Noel vids from time to time.

There needs to be a Youtube page I can subscribe to to get quality Rachel vids on a consistent basis... Once I actually own this game that will be my Youtube. :P

3c and 2d same speed? Interesting. Either way I have an easier time seeing 2d in advance. I think the most annoying thing is when I go for a 6a and Noel ducks under it with 3c lol.

Actually yeah I was talking to a friend today about this and realized that it made more sense to block high when she is in chain revolver because the low hit is not nearly as fast or easy to react to as the high hits. I think when she's not in chain revolver it's better to block low because 3c comes out a lot faster than 2d or 6b.

Pumpkin to get in. This is a generic answer but it works lol. To get out of a rushdown? Block low and watch for her (2?) overheads. One of them is part of Chain Revolver. They're both pretty easy to react to.

When I say I use 2c is the Tao matchup, I really mean that's the only matchup where I've ever willingly used it in and attempt to counter an attack. I hate 2c with a passion and I seldom use it, lol. In any given situation there always seems to be a better option.

Alright well, if it works for you I'm not going to tell you to stop doing it lol. I wasn't even aware you could trade hits with cat chair. The way I see it though, I don't think it's really safe to use such a punishable attack on a character that has 10000 damage combos from CH (Haku has 8 stars, but I'm not entirely sure if Rachel gets CH if she gets hit after the super armor of cat chair, correct me if I'm wrong) :/ But like I said if you found a solid use for it, then feel free.

lol What attack is Hakumen using on you when he IADs? I'm pretty sure he doesn't get shocked from any attack that uses his sword. If he touches you with his body when he IADs thats a different story, but why in gods name would Hakumen ever be that close to you? Do you see the size of his sword? If he gets IADing and getting shocked from 2C then he is not spacing himself correctly. Furthermore in a Tao matchup, she only has two or three attacks that don't get her shocked.

Cat chair? Cat chair is horrible in this matchup; in any given situation any option is better. In fact, I'm fairly sure the only attack he gets CH from cat chair is his stomp. Every other attack uses his sword. No Hakumen IADs into you without attacking or blocking lol. Cat chair only seems to be useful against poking Taokakas.

Needs moar 6a. After grab 7d dash 5b then air combo. Don't j2c above people so much. <_< I think you need to practice your bnbs a bit more, but more importantly the setups into them. Btw, what recording setup does use? Geez that looks awesome.

I walked into an arcade, saw Rachel once and said that I would play her. Then I left without playing.

I was playing a Bang a few days ago and noticed that every round he would start off by jumping diagonally backwards and throwing his 3 shurikens... is there anything I can do besides block this? I mean it's not actually a problem since it drains 3 shurikens and I take no damage, but I couldn't figure out a way to punish this without getting hit or ch.

Are there any other combo vids besides MSY's and the other one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z625-691tSY)? I was thinking about making my own just for fun but don't want to use stuff that's done a lot already.

Whats the most amount of damage I can get after a grab? (Not including a wall bounce or a midair grab) I've been doing 3126 with 7d dash 5b dj j.b j.a j.b j.c (jump straight upward) j.b j.a j.b j.c 236a (sorry if thats incorrect notation) EDIT: Also I was trying this combo a few minutes ago: But then I noticed... a rapid cancel and two supers? 150% heat gauge? At first I thought that I would some how get enough heat from the 3cs and the super but nope... am I doing something wrong?

Wait, so is 5cdc the same as 5dcc? I seem to remember testing this a while ago and ending up at different distances but maybe it was because I was doing 5b(6b) 5cdc, and then 5b 5dcc. Sorry if that came out confusing. EDIT: Nope, they're not.
