Uh, does 236236b crossup if the opponent is magnetized and in the air? Or is the second hit air unblockable or something? I was definitely holding back but he happened to catch me in the air with it, but the last hit sent me in the opposite direction so I assumed I got crossed up some how.

You can't get CH off of Spring Raid if she lands. Best combo is 3c > BnB (possibly haida loop since you have a ton of time to set it up) or 6c 2c super if you have 50 meter.

Actually midcombo throws are great online. Latency = harder to tech grabs lol But seriously no, don't ever midcombo throw. There's no "catching people off guard." Purple exclamation marks are so easy to react to and tech it's better to pretend that they don't exist.

Only thing I hate about this matchup is his j.B (I think, whatever attack it is where he attacks with his cape) I can never seem to AA that attack correctly... always seems to get me CH. I also like to show off by dodging ice swords with 5d and 4d. :p

I'm sure this has already been posted, but it's not always 6c 66c 66c. 6c are dependent on the situation, sometimes you can do 6c 6c, sometimes it needs to be 6c 66c, and other times you can only get off one 6c before you need to start your drive combo.

I'm thinking about making a short combo video using the loops from this thread... would anybody object to this?

Hey look, it's hobbes... my fellow Noel enthusiast. :p And I noticed that the second hit of 6c will hit a backdashing Tager if the first hit misses. Idk if they're trying to 360 but it's almost always a CH.

j.D will likely hit 720's invincibility and leave us helplessly falling towards your glowing hand of death. I usually just IB and jump back and hope for the best. Every Tager is different, it seems. Anyways I play this matchup terribly... I camp the fuck out of Tager with Optic Barrel. Yes I'm 100% sure this sounds dumb on paper but it seems I'm more likely to get fucked by approaching him than I am by letting him approach me. All of his aerials are insanely easy to 6c anti air and it seems to be safe on block. Every once and a while I'll mix things up and rush him down but not too often. Every once and a while I'll fight a Tager who knows some corner Collider shenanigans, but it's a free air super as long as you don't start it right next to where his palm is. (lol at getting grabbed out of air super) I'll post a video or something sometime but let me stress that I don't claim to be some great Noel player or anything, I just like this matchup and it seems like my strategy works pretty consistently for the most part. Btw if you're magnetized and he does a random 720, you can fly like halfway across the screen with 2d right into his face, lol.

Hm? From the videos it looks like the frog meter is 1 second or shorter. Does this really affect combos that much?

You know... I foresaw this happening to Rachel so I picked up Noel so I could play her in the new game too. But they fucked Noel almost as bad as they fucked Rachel... D:

Joke post? Rachel got wrecked. Noel lost her bnb and gained a new one? She's still the same flatchested rushdown character I love.<3 Bouncing people off my guns... sure I'll miss that, but bouncing people around off the ground, with chain revolver... that should make up for it a bit.
