This Saturday I'll be in town by around 3 or 4, but I'll also be busy moving my stuff into my dorm, so I don't know if I'll have time to make it if you're only getting together for two hours. The weekend after, I'll be down anytime though :3 That's also Animefest weekend too, they'll probably have a tournament or something.

Yeah, tell me about it. I didn't even end up staying for my second match lolllll. Mightfo and the rest, sorry I couldn't come hang with y'all I hung around and watched the tourney for another hour or so (and only like 4 or 5 matches went on in that time -_-), then just headed home since I was tired.

So far it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it out to Dallas till like 4 or so, but a couple friends and I will be at the tourney :3

D'aww, Marcell, you didn't do that badly. If you had just been a little calmer, I think you could have taken Render fo sho. :3 In that first round against him you did well. I wish I could make it out to play with you guys in Arlington this weekend. If only I wasn't currently 3 hours away T__T Btw, whenever I make it out to meetups and stuff, I wouldn't mind bringing my PS3 with me if we ever need another setup. I have all the DLC for CS (and plan on getting the rest when it comes out), GGAC (backwards compatibility whoo :3), and 2 sticks. The sticks aren't the absolute best quality (one is an unmodded SE, the other is the wireless Tekken 6 Hori lol) but they get the job done, and I plan on modding the SE eventually. Is anybody interested in playing Battle Fantasia? I've been thinking about buying it but I'd prefer to have someone to play with first :P

I'm really interested in that tourney; I'll try my hardest to make it out there. Would you guys wanna meet up on that Saturday as well? :3

Yeah. I'm proud of his team for getting so far :3 I still can barely touch Marcell when I play against him, though. I'm always so psyched out that I play like a dumbass, and once I actually manage to land a hit on him, I'm too stunned to follow up properly. lol. I'm afraid he thinks I suck, when really it's just that I'm way too nervous. But someday I won't disappoint him!

Yeah, that was Jan (from Houston) playing. The qualifiers were so hype! The final matches in particular were amazing to watch. There were moments when everyone went so silent in anticipation that you could practically hear a pin drop. :O Maybe the next time something big goes down at UFO, we could take a field trip of sorts and carpool down there? :3

Goin' to Austin to watch the SBO quals in a few hours, whoooooooo! (I... really should get some sleep right about now since I'm gonna be driving for 4 hours... but I'm too excited! Looks like lots of coffee and obnoxiously loud drum 'n bass for me ) I almost want to try to play against some of the top players too, even though I know I'll get curbstomped! That PC setup sounds awesome, I have wanted to try Touhou for a while. Vanguard Princess looks awesome in a ridiculous way too :P

I'm pretty hype for the console AH3 too, I've played it a little when I've gone to UFO and it seems pretty fun! And if your converter ends up not working with my stick, then I wouldn't have a problem switching back to my PS3 pad if necessary. Let me know if you want to go for a more expensive converter; I could probably pitch in for one :3

Like mightfo said, I'll be available most weekends barring finals time and whatnot. BB is my main game but I scrub it out on GG and SSF4 as well. I'm in the process of switching to stick from pad; hopefully by the time I can meet up with y'all I'll be more competent on stick. (haven't touched pad since getting my copy of CS, I'm so proud of myself *sniffle* lol) Looking forward to some great games with y'all! Hell yeah, if I show up with my gloves you guys had better watch out >:3

I chose to main Jin because he reminds me a little of Ky in terms of his playstyle, and he eventually became my favorite character storyline-wise. (ice is also my favorite element :3) Originally my main was gonna be Rachel since I love her design and personality, but I can't quite get the hang of using her just yet. :<
