I finally got it. I dunno if this will help anyone, but I can consistently get level 4 (5 in extend force) by taking one finger and sliding it back and forth across the top row of buttons (my layout on my TE is top row goes abcd bottom row is just e then nothing). Hope that helps any other people who just can't get it down.

Thanks for the advice, having the visual cues for the levels helps alot. Still can't get above level 3, guess I just need to learn how to mash. I'll try to hunt down ryu's cousin and see if he's taking any apprentices.

So, I've been trying and trying to pull off akane's critical heart. The wiki says mash the fuck out of buttons, and everywhere I look it seems to be that you have to mash hard as hell. After doing the move and setting all the buttons to turbo on the stick didn't work, I'm inclined to believe that mashing isn't really the answer. Anyone know how it actually works, or is even turbo not mashing hard enough?

Yo ril, AH3 is mad fun, I'm leaning towards akane for a main but I dunno yet. I enjoy putting my feet on people though. EDIT: Hey alzerath, do you know how to get the full stages for akane's critical heart? Wiki says to mash but no matter how hard I mash, even turning turbo on for the buttons, I can't get it to work ever. Any tips?

Yo doomie, sorry about flaking on picking up the stick. I had an accident the night before so I had no car to get the stick or play in the tournament. Sad as fuck, I'll try to swing by as soon as I can when the car is fixed. I need to play some GG against someone that isn't an AI.

They have cards at CTF, the break is sold out of cards so CTF is your only option to get them. Also I'll probably get there earlier than you but I'll stick around for a long while.

I don't deny that, but I don't know how that happened considering how good my connection is for the most part. I think its just something with windows 7, shit started acting weird when I installed it.

Get hype, godlike game is godlike. Getting a card makes everything so much better, unlocks are permanent and you can get all kinds of stuff, even change the notes that you see on the screen when you play.

Remember CF is the only place that has techinka 2 cards now, and also CF has technika 2 as well as internet. So it's not like you'd go there just to get a card you could actually play as well. Yeah it's still mad fun at 8otb, just weekends have killer long lines for technika 2. Try and let me know when you plan to visit 8otb so I can be there.

yeah cards are 8 bucks at the break, I'd assume they'd be about that much at CF. Once you register your card online just post your DJ name or send it to me and I'll send you an invite. To join a crew you have to be invited by the leader, which right now is me. I got one other member to join, we're all pretty low level and right now I'm probably the best player we got. Game is mad fun and this just makes it better. EDIT: Right now I'm working on the song course that we use to battle the other crews. I managed to get some good shit for the battle so hopefully we'll fare well. Double EDIT: Yo I just found out that when you turn on effectors for the songs you play, if you use the songs you used the effectors on in the song course they have to play it with those effectors on. Gonna start using effectors and fucking with people so hard. We goin in on the worlds gut in technika.

I couldn't fit team st1ckbug since it was a 10 character limit so its TmSt1ckBuG, St1ckBuG is trademarked now start charging people for using your name bro. On the technika 2 note, the break is sold out of cards since some asshole bought all of them, best bet to get one is from chinatown fair.
