These are gonna be alot of dumb questions that I'm sure won't be answered by you LK but I'll ask anyway. 1) I'll play matches against you and fair well (I'd like to think at least) however I notice that I do horribly against stupid tactics and bad play. Is there any advice you can give to work around this? (I'm pretty sure this has been asked a dozen times, probably more, I just want your spin on it for me since you know my playstyle pretty well.) 2) What are your thoughts on relius from what you've seen? 3) You've played me alot over the past couple years, however I've often never asked you for any kind of analysis on our matches and advice on what I could do better. I know there have been a few cases (like when you would tell me I was being too passive as tager in CS1 against your litchi or other litchis). Is there anything from the recent matches we've played (you can answer for melty from our matches on saturday too lol)? 4) Is there a character in BB that you think would fit my playstyle better? I'm lost at the moment in terms of finding a main, and I seriously just can't commit to one character now that I don't know who to play which is killing me.

I see they don't have a BB cab, which works since a CS2 cab is a bitch and a half to get. However I notice they have GGXXAC there, and they mention they can swap in jojo's bizarre adventure... If you can get a jojo cab running I will definitely try to fucking make that journey. Unless mad people hit me up thursday to play MBAA. EDIT: that bring 5 people and you get in free shit, is that for everyone you bring or just one person?

How far is that from the venue? I might be up for it since I'll be getting there thursday, as long as its not that far since this of course will be after a 9 hour drive.

Yeah its silly, however it has the same restrictions as senna's 2c > 214c stuff, 6a adds to the void hit count, once you use it three times in a combo that combo is over. Now I've found out some NEW bullshit with 6a for Kojirou that will make people salty, I'll update the wiki after testing it a bit more thoroughly. EDIT: I think I saw that kojirou vid you're talking about on nico... I haven't seen a good kojirou yet, i'm a little disappointed by that.

Oh yeah by the way is anyone going to season's beatings? It'd be nice to get some offline games going if so, maybe even run a small tournament or something in one of the hotel rooms.

Alright guys, we in there. There is definitely gonna be a Blazblue tournament on sunday at season's beatings. Sign-ups will start at 12:00 PM and the tournament will start at 1:00 PM. If you aren't signed up by 1:00 PM I'm sorry but you're out of luck. The reason I'm trying to do it that early is so that we can try and finish up quick so we can try and run teams afterward. So here's what the post is gonna look like. Blazblue Continuum Shift II singles tournament - Sign-ups: start at 12:00 PM sharp, entry fee will be 10$. There is also the high possibility of prizes for top 3 as well as payout, courtesy of godlike-entertainment. The prizes will be disclosed the day of the tournament as Ghaleon and I figure out what is available. Payout will be 70/20/10 for top 3. Tournament start time: 1:00 PM sharp, Sign-ups will end at that time too, if you didn't sign up before then sorry. Tournament format will be double elimination best 2 of 3 matches. That means winners and losers brackets, so a chance to run it back in your matches and in the tournament. This tournament will be run on PS3, other than that I want to stress to please stick around for your matches, the faster we bang this out the better the chance of running teams. If anyone has setups PLEASE try and bring them, also I cannot stress enough that if you do bring a setup PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL DLC CHARACTERS UNLOCKED, MAKOTO, PLATINUM, VALKENHAYN, and MU-12, AND PLEASE HAVE YOUR GAME UPDATED TO THE LATEST VERSION I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. If you bring a setup that is missing the DLC it will not be used in tournament, however you can use it to play casuals if you want. Hopefully ghaleon will get back to me on whether or not they will have 3 extra PS3s with the DLC. I will be bringing my personal PS3 to help run the tournament, so assuming we can get three more PS3s with everything necessary we will have four setups on which to run BB. These will be our setups for the ENTIRE DAY, so BB is guaranteed to be run on sunday. Blazblue Continuum Shift II team tournament Sign-ups: Start whenever singles finishes, Entry fee will be 5$ per person, so 10$ per team. Tournament start time: Starts one hour after sign-ups start, we'll be on a tight schedule to try and run teams if we have time so again if you aren't signed up when it starts you're out of luck. Tournament format for teams will be double elimination waseda style 2v2. Waseda style is where you have two players on a team, the team decides which person on the team will be person A and who will be person B. The way waseda style works is person A fights the other team's person A, then person B fights the other teams person B. If person A and B on the same team win their matches then they move on in the bracket, however if person A wins and person B loses then person A faces the other team's person B and the winner's team moves on in the bracket. For this tournament we will do 1 match games as we will be pressed for time, so the first match is the only match, no 2 out of 3 folks, otherwise teams would have no hope of finishing before the venue closes. The reason I chose waseda style is so that each team-mate gets a chance to play, afterall its why everyone is coming. So hopefully everything is clear, if there are some things you still don't get feel free to post in the thread and I'll answer any questions, also I'll be more than happy to explain everything while I'm running the tournament. By the way where do you find the changelog? EDIT: Seems like they fixed the bug with kojirou. Thanks aja.

Anyone got a changelog for it? I'll put it up on the page, hopefully someone can translate his command list so I can edit the page. I'll be maintaining the kojirou page if nobody has any complaints about that. Hype character is fucking hype.

So how does one report bugs to aja? There's a pretty major one for kojirou. Also I'm gonna start filling out his section, he's godlike. EDIT: Okay so I went to add a page for Kojirou and did it the wrong way and couldn't edit it or anything. After that I figured out how to make a page and was able to edit it and publish it correctly, however the old page still exists. So SolxBaiken could you do me a favor (sorry about all this) and delete the page named Kojirou and rename the one named Kojiro to it instead? The one named Kojirou is the one I goofed on (sorry) but the one named Kojiro is the correct page with info filled out. Also if someone could translate Kojirou's specials, super, and unique ability it would be much appreciated. Oh and could someone upload the character portrait for Kojirou so I can add it to his page? GOD DAMMIT AJA WHYYYYYYYYYYYY! They made it so that my combo no longer works the way I want (and in general since saki recovery is now even longer than shoko the fuck?), I can't fucking win. EDIT: I edited the wiki removing my now defunct combo, and instead replacing them with short easy combos that lead to knockdowns with shoko available. So much for flashy erika combos...

Should be running BB, I haven't managed to talk to ghaleon yet as he is a busy man and has been even busier as of late. However once we finally get to discuss everything you guys will be the first to know what the plans are for BB. Sorry that it's taking so long to confirm.

The thing that makes me mad is that I know I saw a video showing off some amazing combos and setups for her, I just cannot for the life of me find it. I know its on nico though, just not sure how the hell to find it. EDIT: After looking through the thread it seems that there has been work done for kinako, and the video I remember was posted here. Turns out my memory betrays what was actually in the video. Oh well, I'll use the combos that were in the vids and posted. I'll still be working on some of my own of course, hopefully just as good or better (and of course I will create some devestating okizeme setups). I'll also see if I can fill out the wiki page for kinako with all the info since as of right now it's still as barren as a desert (shit son, there isn't even a character portrait).

Damn I feel so overwhelmed trying to make combos for kinako. I can't help but feel any combo I make is too paultry to be used in combat. I can't even begin to think of how to use her tools for okizeme games and ridiculous setups. I like this character alot already, but I just can't make any headway with her... Where's a japanese video of some kinako when you need one?

Sure, I'll do it, I already have it mostly down anyway so it'll be a bit easier (afterall I made it). I'll probably get to it later this evening as I'm headed out to a local tournament. I'll also work on more combos later tonight too and record them as well, I'll also edit the wiki for the combos once I've recorded them so that people can have a visual reference on how it should go. Also I was right about the changes kinako's mystery 214H finally works . EDIT: after tinkering with my video capture program for like 2 hours I gave up on it recording anything of decent quality (as well as with sound) I'll try to find a different capture program early in the morning and do it then.

if you want I can record my combo, I know its hard to do. I'm also trying to figure out a good combo from a 214b hit that leads back into a hard knockdown since my idea for erika is all about abusing shoko to force them to block whatever mixup you want. I also want to work on kinako since she also has strong okizeme games in that regard. After playing tager for 2 years I realized the value and importance of good okizeme (seeing as how tager has NONE save for gadget flinger but that's a different discussion entirely) and these two characters are okizeme power houses. EDIT: from what I could tell just putting erika and kinako's changes through google translate looks like erika had some change made to her throw against senna? I think, and kinako finally got her mystery 214H that I could never seem to get to come out. There was something else about kinako's 623M but google translate made it so vague I couldn't figure it out. EDIT again: I was able to update to 1.04a, so hopefully everyone else should be able to as well (as I saw some people were having trouble with it, usually I'm the one who has problems due to somewhat sketchy internet connection). I'll try and figure out the changes for some characters since I can't determine changes for characters I never tried in the first place.

Actually I just decided that there was too much of a lack of info and stuff for kinako and was going to remedy it soon. So check in every now and then, I should post up some stuff for her soon. Although my true main will be erika (gundan) I'll also have kinako as a second main (I'd call it a sub but I like her too much to just use her sparingly).

Alright, fuck nobody wants to run BB. I'll run BB, whoever I need to talk to about getting BB setup please send me a PM and we'll bang out the details. I really want to see BB happen here. EDIT: I made an account and posted about it on SRK, I also sent Ghaleon a PM, so hopefully he'll get back to me soon and we'll have a BB tournament at SB. EDIT again: So I managed to reach Ghaleon and on wednesday me and him are gonna bang out the details for BB. So with that said on wednesday expect good news about BB's place there. I'll update this post on wednesday (or just make a new one if the thread moves that fast but I doubt it will) with more info once Ghaleon and I have discussed everything in detail.

Sorry I'm the one who posted that, its no longer viable ( I mean the combo still works but doesn't do what I wanted it to so I scrapped it). yeah its a little hard but once you get the timing down its not that bad actually, and it was universal. I removed my 214b combo since that wasn't possible anymore thanks to 214b having longer recovery now. I updated the wiki with a new (harder) combo. I'll keep making new stuff with erika, I'll try to make some easy combos for once I swear lol. If you have any questions about the combo I posted and trying to do it just post it here I'll answer it, sorry I haven't been paying attention since I couldn't get the updater to work but now I'm playing 1.04. EDIT: Posted a nice easy BnB her, it's what i use when I feel that I can't land my normal crazy long BnB.
