A tech trap punishes your opponent if they tech. This is a pseudo trap that forfeits 2k+ damage that only hits if your opponent isn't thinking when they tech. This pseudo trap is supposed to train your opponent not to mash so that you can black beat combo them later. Okay.

Yeah, because no one is going to barrier block when they are in the air and you are on the ground.
-
Break it and then block.

I don't think this really needs to be said, but watch out for magnet ball while spamming. Also... what. 6C CH leads to 3C? I wasn't even aware that gatling'd. I typically just do 6C CH 5D 6C 214A etc.

Most sledges come right out of 5D if the Tager's on autopilot. If Noel IB's 5D, she can 6C for a counter hit. If she doesn't IB, she gets hit out of the 6C startup. That leads me to believe that the window you have of free movement is somewhere between 5 frames and 10 frames. Noel's 5D is invincible starting from frame 6... so unless the window is only 1 frame, Noel's 5D should slide right through if you instant block his 5D. I would still prefer to counter it with 6C though. Maybe 5D would be better if the Tager is sledging without cancelling it from anything. Start spamming those 236 bullets guys :V.

360 does not need to be buffered into anything, it can be done standing and from a neutral position. Running up to 5A everytime is just asking to get 360'd.
-
I wouldn't really try to counter after an IB'd sledge. The risk seems too much. Find his patterns and then abuse. Most bad Tager's will be doing something like 6C 5D 236A/B into either 360/720 or 5AAA. IB 6C and counter with 3C, or IB 5D and counter with 6C. If he starts doing something different just watch for his habits. IB'ing his 6C and doing 3C to counter his 5D will probably really only work once, so I would just watch for his 5D to IB as his options afterwards are very limited.

Somehow I can't see this as making much of a difference. But good to know I suppose.

Well it really depends. If the doll is at full life and you are at full life I think he can kill you with one loop. However, in the course of a battle this will never happen. You could pay attention to the doll's hp and your own hp but imo that's too much work. Just sit back and wait to see what happens. Usually the first loop you're thrown into will not kill you. Throw breaking constantly is not suggested because everytime you do, proration will reset and you will just eat a 2C 8D into the loop again.
-
Go straight from 6C to air combo. Alternatively, 6C juggle until he is very very low to the ground. Also, if he catches you in a throw loop don't do anything, if you're fairly good on life the doll is going to die before he can kill you.

As far as I know, his drive only drops the meter if you use the followups.
-
If he mashes 2D, your 214A will whiff entirely. However, 2D does have a damn lengthy recovery time, so maybe you can still hit him out. Not much reason to 214A unless you're expecting a 6D though.
-
5D 6C etc. 236A 6C etc.
-
Neutral is just pressing A B or C while down. You'll flash white and be fully invincible. Quick rise is pressing 2A 2B or 2C while down. You will not be invincible at all, but you will rise much faster and without the flash.

Set up a player match with someone that has a capture card or a camera and is willing to upload for you.
-
Stop using 6D after 6C. It black beats pretty much every time you try it. Use 5D. Nothing wrong with random air supers... doing it too often is pretty bad though as it does nothing but waste meter. Nu can hit you out too, although the one in the video didn't try.
-
It's his 6A. Be careful about 236C spam, because he can dash in and hit you before you even recover. Also, 5D goes through everything that hits head. It will get hit by projectiles if they are only projectile type and not head invinc.
-
Theory fightan time. IB'ing the first hit of Hell's fang and then following up with a 6C/5A should not give him enough time for inferno divider. He can still probably hit you if he does the followup immediately instead of recovering and then ID'ing.

Airthrow combos pretty much do not go into knockdowns. Best one would be 2B 6C (22C 6C) x n j.C j.236C. Hard to do though, so usually I just airthrow -> 2B 6C j.CB j.BC j.236C
-
If he's in the corner, air tech -> j.D 28D into bnb. If he's got a magnet ball prepped and you have a feeling that he's going to use it, air tech -> block, or j.D, whatever. Air tech should push you through the ball just fine, the j.D is just in case you don't feel like paying attention. Do this enough, and you'll have to start watching out for atomic collider backdash throw, atomic collider jump throw, whatever. Tech late and you can net a free combo on him. Ball will still hit you if he's combo'ing into it, watch for backdash throw.

5C CH combo is 5C (CH) 5D 6C 214A 2B 6C aircombo. I usually just use j.C j.236C, but you can probably do j.BC j.236C or something, I dunno. And yeah... landing 5B without a CH doesn't lead into anything. If you want you can follow with 5C 2C 236236D, but eh.
-
Er, yeah. His post seemed to suggest that 3C etc. should follow a 5C CH, so I was just pointing out that a 5D instead of a 3C will deal more damage.
-
If you land a 5C CH it's better to go into 5D 6C etc. unless you really need that knockdown. I don't believe you can follow a 5B CH with 5D, but I'm not sure.

Block both. Throw after the 2D until she starts following up with 28D. 28D is vulnerable on block though, so let him know that 2D'ing you is going to be risky. Don't bother barrier guarding during her drive string since you won't be able to push her far enough to force a whiff. Instant block into a jump if you can, normal block probably works too since Noel drives for the most part have pretty bad frame disadvantage. Then you're out of her string while she's directly below you. Watch for 28D and hit her with a jump in into a combo. Punish 3C with anything you like, that move has terrible recovery.

Wut. You were the one who said 2B leads naturally into 5C according to the gatling chart, and any 5AAA etc. game should include the use of 2B. Of course he would talk about it in a response post. Herp derp, use whatever you want, it's your choice. If you like 5C then use it, if you don't like it then don't. Pick where you want your hole to be.
