Fantasy Hall is an amazing venue with tons of space. Check out their website. The owner of the venue is totally on board with our event and knows what we are about. He has even offered to help us advertise our event to make it a success.
Games:
Tekken 6 (PS3) – 3/5 rounds, 2/3 games (3/5 finals, 4/7 grand finals)
Street Fighter IV (PS3) – 2/3 rounds, 2/3 games (3/5 finals, 4/7 grand finals)
BlazBlue (PS3) - 2/3 rounds, 2/3 games (3/5 finals, 4/7 grand finals)

Street Fighter IV – $15
BlazBlue – $10
GGXX: AC - $10
Venue Fee: $15
You can have a tournament fee waived if you provide a PS3 to be used for that game. This will be on a limited basis, so post up soon if you will be able to provide one so we can get you on the list.
Payout:
Tekken 6 – $1000 guaranteed pot
1st – $700
2nd – $200
3rd – $100
Street Fighter IV – $1000 guaranteed pot
1st – $700
2nd – $200
3rd – $100
No current pot bonus for BB or GG
All tournament winnings will be paid on the spot in cash! No promised checks that never come! Also, if tournament entries exceed $1000 the extra money will be added to the pot – the guaranteed money is merely a starting point.
In an effort to ensure the tournament is run smoothly, we will not tolerate lateness. If we do not know where you are, we will skip over you in the bracket and disqualify you if we have to. If you know you will be out to eat or you have to leave for a time, tell the tournament director first. We will have a PS3 syncing station that we will require every person using a PS3 controller to sync to after their match. We do not want to have any random PS3 controllers syncing to a match in progress totally killing the flow of the match. On that note, and I cannot stress this enough: BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLERS AND USB CORDS! There will be no sticks, controllers, wires, or converters provided by any of the tournament directors. If you ask the answer will be no. Do not show up without a controller and expect strangers to supply anything for you. You have plenty of time between now and then to borrow a pad if you do not have one.

Since I'm unable to do SE-R 4 this year (venue may or may not be completed / conflict on times) I'm going to put my efforts into joining with KiT:R for the GG and BB scenes. I'm looking into pot bonus for GGXX: AC and other things so stay tuned. This will be a solid event with more yet to come.
