@Knowing if you are improving. There is this old saying about a person being their own worst enemy. A person has to measure their successes and failures, sure, but improving can't be measured on a simple scale. You can set a goal like 'bait and punish xxx every time' but if you only focus on that, you are missing out on the other 99% of the game. If you feel yourself getting frustrated about something like that, look at a totally different aspect of what happened while trying to bait and punish. You can probably find something else you never noticed about your game plan or your opponents reaction to that situation. Basically, when pissed, look elsewhere. Anger makes you worthless to yourself in terms of improvement, and not much good to anyone else either. So, I'm finally starting to use my C and D normals with Kanji. Not much, but I know what they are and how they work. Since I'm relying on on A B normals, 2AB, and 236 A,B,AB so much, I'm using them more to just break my own patterns and reset my opponents approach. GG has helped me know when to instant block pressure and 214C. I'm starting to see how to tech trap with him too, but I've got a long way to go in that department.

So I got to play on XBL for a couple of nights. I'm still not doing any of Kanji's C or D normals ever. I wrecked every Yosuke player (thanks Milln) made a Aegis player rage when I found the angle to Air 214B thru her 2B bullet array, and got to play Banana Ken SSS rank, which I came very close to beating. Shadow Lab is pretty hard to deal with. I lost to a few Mitsuru's and one Labrys player that I ended up playing about 12 times, we went about 50/50. I played 1 Teddie, and got raped. Don't understand how to fight Teddie yet. I'm not really having any problems getting in on anyone, and it still feels like Kanji is an top tier chara with every tool he needs to wreck shit. I did not run into a single Yu player in the roughly 40 matches I've played.

If you wanna make the trip to near the 840/65 intersection, then that would work, but I'm leaving a little later than I'd like, so much out of the way would put me/us there too late for me to go and get my GG monies, or any tournament really. @Astaroth on Kanji's 5D oki. If they are evasive action-ing that Oki, you should be able to EX chair hop to their location. I don't know if it has any recovery frames or not. 236B 214AB may catch them as well. I can't test them, but those are my first thoughts on how to get in when that happens.

I think it can be used to catch multi-directional techs in certain situations. The move should auto-correct, making TKing it nasty, and if it pulls when magnetized, then oh shit, the potential application could give Tager legit air oki in a game that's not supposed to have it. Ok, here's how we'll do this. When you get the game, you are not allowed to play it until you play me. The first you play the game will be versus mode with me. If you can get better than 20 percent of the wins in however many we play, I'll buy the game, I'll main whoever you decide I should main, and I'll do exactly what you tell me to do in regards to this game. I'll be your bitch. If you get 50 percent or better, I'll even let you put me on a choke-leash so you can deal out punishment when I'm not doing it right. What do I get if I loose?
