SKD is rather touchy when it comes with noel.... and I'd like to discuss haku vs tager.... I just DON'T see why it would be in his favor. and please don't say 360a 'nuff said and close the case.

I could've sworn that since hotaru isn't an aerial it isn't head attribute...I dunno. Attribute system confuses me at times. Whenever I use it rarely whiffs, but maybe I'm just doing it meaty/early.

TIME OUT! best way to win? Wait it out and play footsies, get lots of stars, and bait anti-airs with hotaru/IB and spend all your stars. REPEAT!!! >:[

If rachel is far she has time to create composure and coordinate her rushes and attacks tho.... D: I know as haku that letting a rachel prepare their attack all the way isn't generally recommended... but then again haku and litchi are entirely different :P

From what i see (total nub here) litchi's pressure is only good from oki, and from teh whole *get rid of pumpkin thing into mix-up* it's not that great. Whenever a litchi pressures me off a non-oki she's really limited, each attack pushes her back, cuts off available roads, and can make her very predictable.... That's just what i see though! Dx *flameshield*

Or some MAAAJOOORR stuff happened with terumi and haku during black beast timeline... :o I remember hearing Suzaku mention that haku doesn't remember much of being Jin....

2c hits if tager if he does nothing. 2c combos into j.2c - j.2c if they jump 5c doesn't do anything unless you 623a in for the heck of it 2c will not get hit by 360a on round start :|

2c is better. Only thing that beats it out is 5a which, quite frankly doesn't do anything. And if they jump they have to IB/barrier it.

I should make a quick video of the ultimate turtleness strategy.... though I have no means of recording.... and really super duper good tagers are few and far in between (is that the right expression?) best I fought was outlawassassin and he just gave up on my turtle and used ragna I'd make a flow chart if you really want it lol
