  1. haku is invincible throughout the whole animation. I swear I saw some invincibility after the sword strike happened, but it was pretty brief, and my eyes might've been playing tricks on me. rapid cancellling won't do much except make you seem kewly o_o

  4. At least we're not expressing our Rank 45 Hakumen as a sign of skill... EDIT: and you should instant air dash after the first 2c and then j.2c, so after the falling C and j.2c you can use 4 j.2c's (er 3 j.2c's and a j.c.. i think) or is that the wrong combo.. I just know that air dashing in will get an extra j.2c in on before the last air dash in the combo o_O
  5. Yeah it's where they bounce off the floor but I"m PRETTY sure the clap is still hitting. I feel like if they DID tech during that throw, that the clap wouldn't come out and I just fail.... *shrug* o_O
  6. Um I just have a QUICKKK question about clap trap. Well.. maybe not so quick.... yeah. anyways I'm just curious what produces the weird "basketball" effect when you're doing the throw loop? I can NOT kill tager with just one loop because he'll randomly just fly upwards. I SWEAR I'm doing it right too. Does this mean that I'm just doing it wrong and if he were to tech at the first frame, it would've dropped? I just saw the "carl's loop on everyone" and a lot of them just recreate the weird "basketball" effect to win (with some crazy variations). I'm just... really lost. Trying to learn Jin's loop right now with the 6a - 8d stuff and it's semi-difficult, but whenever he bounces high up it just annoys me lol. Thank you in advance :O

  8. You can "technically" TK a cloud. Case-in-point would be TK'ing allegretto as carl. It doesn't look like a TK... but it is... technically o_O
  9. well maybe zeero is right. We only assumed it was air special cancelable because hakumen's dash specifically puts him in a state of "in air" during the certain frames in his hop. Carl's might just be cancellable as if a special/normal move.

  11. PSN: datboy4916 I only sub carl, can only clap trap on like tager consistently(and even then)..... everyone else (even like bang....) I just AD anyways and hope they don't tech the second air throw I can do 2a 5b 5b 6b punch loop 95% of the time, currently learning the more advanced one. some advise on pressure, sandwich set-ups etc. would be very much appreciated :D

  13. Just want to throw out there that using gear super when haku is not in the corner and stuck in block string the entire time is a very bad idea. Shippu will land if they space themselves correctly (not very hard) and they'll get knocked back for like 100 dmg and you'll receive a yummy 4k dmg. (and if they don't block and have to space themselves at all they could even charge it to the max depending on reaction time....)
  14. I don't know if it's already been mentioned but you're able to kill after you burst someone (the pop-up gold burst). See Discotheque's jin vs hakumen. If it's already been mentioned this post is bye-bye.
  15. So if they didn't change allegretto, does that mean cancelling the hop into it would be a really weird way to get in/poke?
  16. it's generally 2147 for TK.... but the input'd be 663214c. (well for me it would since I roll the analog stick) I can't see how useful it'd be considering the awesome recovery on allegretto oh wait maybe when u land it goes away.... but you move up when u do allegretto..... i dunno x_x
  17. well depending on where guard primer breakers are placed, and maybe some tweaks to vivace, maybe he can just dodge 'em with vivace? :O I dunno. as it stands though yeah, carl's..... bleh w/o clap trap.
  18. hakumen can cancel his hop into 214c or 214b because it's considered in the air. I'm guessing allegretto cancelable? (I'm thinking it has to be specials)
