You could, for all I care, go walk up to someone and money match them the day of the event. If you decide to do the procrastinator's method, just be sure to tell me during the event, so I can try to make room for you to be on the stream. Okay?

Pre-Registration is in no way mandatory. I thought it was somewhat implied since you could register on-site, but I will be sure to include this in the supplementary note. I think your concern is something around the lines of the Fuddrucker's rule, and that in the past, it had to cap at 128 people playing a tourney. I don't expect there to be 128 people, in ONE game, but if there are, WOW. THAT'S GOOD.

Okay, guys. LISTEN UP. First, I just talked to Haunts. For the streaming setup, we will require ONE CRT with COMPONENT INPUTS. This single CRT will be used for Blazblue CS, MB:AA, and GG:AC when their respective times to be streamed will come up. NEXT. The Norcal Install Poster will be done by TONIGHT. Bad news guys. We can't really stream on the 15th because it's mainly a ssf4 thing, and haunts isn't available at any other time. My suggestion is to just hold a qualifier by ourselves at X location.

Yes, the 3vs3 qualifier is open to ANYONE. Remember, if we decide to get this streamed, we need to have it at Shadowbrooke Games on the 15th, according to Haunts. I'm honestly not sure at all how he's going to do it, since a SSF4 tourney will be streamed at the same time. I've got to ask him.

You guys just got to tell me what you want here. If it's too much trouble, then let's just meet up at someone's house, duke it out, and then go from there. Hello, guys. With Norcal Install just right around the corner, I believe we must now figure who is on the Norcal Team for the 5 on 5 and who is on the Socal team for the 5 on 5. EDIT: Sorry, 3on3? I didn't know it got changed. To decide this for NORCAL, I suggest we do qualifiers on the 15th at Shadowbrookes with Haunts streaming the event for Super Street Fighter 4 and BBCS. This is the only time I know where we can have an actual qualifier + stream. If you do not want this either for the date (not really easily changed) or because you feel that the norcal teams should just be hand picked, then please state so here.

Correct, qualifiers for the respective Norcal or Socal teams (not at the tourney. You do it for yourselves in your own area). In the end you can do this however you want, but generally, I think qualifiers should be held so whining doesn't happen. Everyone gets a fair chance and people who did practice also get a chance to get a spot on their respective side and represent their area. That, and it's another gimmick to use and stream. I think it would be a good idea to help people get into BBCS more. Do it however you like though, but I still recommend it this way.
