  1. Due to all the captions it's not a very good format for translating unfortunately... For now, main points: Mu - 3rd row of Mu pictures is her new special, "Ikutachi". From the caption, it seems to be a fast, forward moving kick that hits the opponent upwards. Overdrive is "Steins Gazer". Makes bits shoot instantly upon being set, and causes set bits to automatically fire as well. OD affects both Omohikane and Yatanokagami DDs. Nu - 2nd row of pictures is her new special, "Face Lift". It changes her mode, and the moveset she has differs between them. 3rd row of pictures is her new special, "Supra Rage". Anti-air attack that moves her backwards. Overdrive "Unlimited Drive" = more swords. Both Legacy and Calamity DDs are affected by OD.
  2. I wouldn't exactly call myself tourny-level material so I'll defer to those better and more experienced, but here's my attempt at answering your questions: Gravity seed I mostly just use in combos and throw baiting, but for characters with limited mobility such as Tager, it's a decent choice to give yourself more breathing room. Against characters with limited reach such as Makoto and Tsubaki, throwing it out during gaps in pressure can work decently as well, since the mobility reduction either causes their hits to whiff for delicious counter-hit, or it makes them stop and block, letting you switch to the offensive. Crescent Saber mixup when they're not in wheel oki really only works if the person respects you and tries to block. I suggest using the simpler run-up 4B(2)/2B mixup or (in blockstring) 5C>2C>Crescent/3C mixup for a while until they start to respect you. I'm not entirely sure exactly what you're having trouble with here, so if we could get some examples I'm sure we could elaborate more. Anti-air choice is really more of a speed/move dependant thing. It depends on how fast the opponent is coming and where they're approaching from. They each have their uses. While I generally go for 6A if I need AA fast and 2C if I have more time, other moves are plenty viable too depending on the situation, such as 4B like you mentioned for that hitbox, and 5A if you need something even faster than 6A. It's not always in your best interest to AA either since it can be baited, so there are situations where just moving away is the best choice.
  3. Oh, not at all. Our connection really is terrible despite that fake 2 bar. I'm always surprised by how well you can perform regardless. I'm not really that awful IRL, I swear! >_<
  4. I just hit C right after my D input. I believe hitting them together works too, but I play on pad so after is easier for me.
  5. Sorry, I must have missed it. Guess I'll be going then~
  6. I was planning to, but I don't even know what's going on this week so nothing might happen...
  7. ? Thanks! Nu still described as 最凶 ;^; Hope the plot is nicer to her this time around.
  8. Would someone mind rehosting this somewhere else for me? That domain is blocked at work >_<
  9. About time. I was never too worried to be honest =3=
  10. I should be able to make it tomorrow too. Grats on the job!
  11. Sorry, not going to be able to make it this week. Hope you guys have fun!
  12. Is anyone else going to be there for BB? It being closer is pretty tempting for me (although I still don't know where it is yet), but it's sort of pointless if there's no one for me to play with...
  13. Good catch. Guess it's on hit then?
  14. Sorry to hear that. Hope things work out.
  15. Unless I'm suddenly filled with energy, I probably won't go this week either. It's been pretty rough these last two weeks x_x
  16. A little rough around the edges, but this is the general gist: ・・・ここから導き出される答えは一つですね。 ...From here, there's one answer we can arrive at. キャスト当てダメ絶対音感クイズぅー!? A voice actor identification quiz!?
  17. Already mostly translated actually: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?14664-BlazBlue-Chrono-Phantasma-General-Discussion-Hype-Thread&p=1394484&viewfull=1#post1394484
  18. Type-setting is too much work, so I'll just go with plain text. Some of the stuff isn't fully legible from glare so I'll summarize at those points instead. First section, Amane portion: (http://i.imgur.com/qqel9.jpg?1) Left side: Top picture caption - A manly personality that belies his appearance dances elegantly in the lands of Ikaruga! Middle picture caption - The young bounty hunter being...Carl of course!? Bottom section (Somewhat summarized due to glare)- Story: Amane is the leader of a traveling troupe who is <illegible verb> the <illegible> of dance. He's here to scount a certain "bounty hunter bishounen". Will he succeed? And how is he connected to <illegible>!? Right side: Main text - Amane's Astral Heat turns characters young again? The move that can be activated upon certain conditions and gives an instant win on hit, "Astral Heat", is still alive and well in this iteration. Especially of note is the new character Amane's Astral Heat. On hit, it turns characters into their younger selves, allowing you to see a more unusual cinematic. Of course, a unique animation has been created for each character. Try landing it on the full cast! Right side characers (left to right, top to bottom) - Valk / Jin / Noel / Hakumen / Hazama / Relius Bottom captions - Left: Hitting with the Astral <something> the opponent with a lotus leaf-type aura, and then... Bottom captions - Right: They turn small! (bottom side is mostly illegible) Right page, Top Section: (http://i.imgur.com/NQ3OG.jpg?1) Top left title: A new trump card that changes your strategy, Overdrive Main text (top left): In this iteration, simultaneously pressing all buttens when the Overdrive gauge is full activates a new system feature, Overdrive, which strengthens character abilities. For some characters, specials get improved as well. Top right picture (yellow text) - It's active until this gauge reaches zero! Top right picture (side text) - Active time increases the less health you have. Deciding when to use it is important. Left picture series: - Title: Ragna's Overdrive, Blood Kain Idea - Left caption: For Ragna, Overdrive strengthens his drive attacks. - Caption between pictures: Distortion Drive gets powered up!! - Bottom caption: During Overdrive, besides strengthening moves that use the D button, Carnage Scissors and Devoured by Darkness get an animation and damage boost! Right picture series: - Title: Hazama's Overdrive, Jormungand - Between pictures caption: Distortion Drive powered up!! - Bottom caption: A ring appears around Hazama that absorbs opponent health. A new move, "Oohebi Burensou" is added, and drive attacks are strengthened. Omake: On the right side, Astrals shown in top down order are Carl's, Arakune's, and Noel's. Edited with second section.
  19. A lot of it was non-info posts or conflicting reports, so I took them out =/
  20. You also said you were "tired of driving" and ditched us that same night e_e Oceanside is around 40 minutes for me, which is a liiiittle far, but I guess I might go depending on our numbers and how tired I'm feeling (but mostly numbers).
