I played Hobbs online in that room with you once. It did not end well for me... Forgot about that. Nas doesn't get to play BBCS much. I think he told me he doesn't even own the game currently. Not sure what's up with that. When he did have the game and we were starting off (around the time of Summer Jam) he was strong. He was more on the drive happy side of CS Noel play but he made it work well for him. I don't know if that's because people weren't familiar with CS drives or what but.. it worked. I'll be keeping an eye out for him at Winter Brawl in Feb. Hopefully he comes though. I'd be nice to have another Noel player there, even if we play her very differently.

In CS? Pretty much just you. I don't play online much and the closest Noel I've met at tourneys on the EC is Nas from Delaware. I've yet to meet BMoore or whatever his name is from MD.

It hits low in the sense that the only way to avoid it is by crouching. Airborne moves are generally overheads, unlike 214A. If you stand to block it like you would most other airborne moves (TK Tsubaki, Gantlet Hades, jump normals, etc.) you'll get tagged with 214A. Noel has trouble getting people to the corner, or doing damage outside of 5D, 2D, 6B overhead or 3C sweep. the combos she picks up from 5A, 2B or jC hitconfirm don't move the opponent that far due to BBCS's HUGE stages. If you don't give the opponent something to invul thru, 5D and 2D are already much less of a threat so space with 4C and whatnot with as little auto-pilot as possible. The other two moves are really slow so.. block if you have time to react.

Damn character limit. I know thats not info you really asked for, but its useful things to keep in mind so you can see the ways to shut down her options.

I guess the best blockstring she has is 5A(xN) 2B 5B 5C 2C? Noel typically does not want to make this her standard hitstring, despite it leaving her at +1. Noel's should keep it as freestyle as possible because as soon as the Haku finds a pattern (such as the one I listed) they can IB any hit and 5D or 2D the next one. If you pick up on the pattern, exploit it to the fullest. Things to keep in mind are that 5B is JCable on hit or block (she has no good jump ins so take advantage if they come in). 5C will not always be followed by 2C as it can be grab whiff canceled for run up pressure faster than letting 5C recover or from the distance 2C leaves you. I've never seen a dash up 6C not be followed by 2C, actually, so that's pretty standard. If they have you trained to block the overhead, a Noel will try to use command grab 214A. I used this WAY too much against Alz. Its an airborne move that hits low. Keep that in mind as it can come at any time.
