So, hey, I've had a Carl user before not use any tech to wake up and he was able to always grab me despite my 2A and 2B attacks. Although Haku has crazy range and fast attacks against downed opponents, we should test this a bit. I see a lot of Japanese players do it when they get knocked down, although I'm not sure the main point of it. I tried it a little in a few ranked matches and it screwed up my opponents hardcore.
