mAc Chaos

So, I was going over a business plan with a buddy of mine here. Basically, if I can't get myself into the art field, I was going to try to open a bar/arcade type of thing. Outside of basic functions, what would be something you'd like to see at one of these places? Since the midwest has basically no arcades, it's kind of a niche market that I might be able to work with.
