Azrael is basically Broly. He doesn't seem like the "major villain" type since he has no grand plans. Just go around and blow shit up. I guess that could be a whole plot arc, but it's more likely that the cast will be busy dealing with Terumi, then AZRAEL OUT OF NOWHERE to throw everybody's plans down the toilet. I would definitely put him as a villain though. Just the brutish unsophisticated type. If you don't care about human life and just do whatever you want no matter the harm it causes, then that's a villain.

I always wondered what plan that WoF Hazama was up to, since him and Relius were talking about how they'd been working for a long time to set things up, and then Makoto mentions Noel and he acts like it ruins everything... even though in the BB timeline we normally see, he needs Noel to make all his plans work. Isn't that the same thing.

Jubei probably knew something would happen and sent her anyway as a test or chance for her to grow. That's pretty much what he always does. He knew Ragna would meet Hakumen and Nu after all in CT.

Hmm. Since we'll pretty much always cancel into 2A I'm not sure there will be many situations that the 2B nerf will actually be relevant.

I'd say just stick with Hakumen. :P But if you wanted someone else then Ragna or Relius are fun.
