I'm surprised Rachel didn't electrocute Valk on the spot. In fact I kept expecting half of them to just drop the pots and pans and start a brawl. This is making me want to watch Hell's Kitchen.

It's more the fact that for Haku he uses meter for most of his mixup, rather than just specific setups. So by watching his stars you know right off the bat what moves to take off the table.

CP combos are braindead easy. Loop will take like 5 days to figure out if you already know all his j.B j.2A combos and things like that. I suppose I will have to get used to using it all sorts of different situations and the scaling for all of those. > on a more serious note, fo you think hakumens guage gives away too much of his mixup? i had an odd thought that if people couldnt see his drive minus the user it would boost his mixup by alot. I always keep an eye on stars for both Hakus in mirrors. Hard to tell when the opponent is involved though, half the time they have no idea since I'll do a move that would normally have a special followup, and they will burst. Except I had 0 stars.

So, the Celica from the mirror that switches places with her might be from the future or something. Like: Kokonoe gets Celica from the past (other Celica replaces her in the past) -> Celica does stuff in present -> she goes back through the mirror, now that time has passed, and switches with her past version that just found the mirror when Kokonoe was first summoning her

I don't remember Spark using it... I don't think anyone really did. Maybe dioxide remembers what they were like specifically since she's into combos. I looked at some CS2 combo videos and saw some things that are similar but not exactly what I was thinking of.

The 5-8 star ones. Stuff like, 5C > Renka(1) > Kishuu > hop 2C > Hotaru > ??? I forget the rest. They were stylish. I remember one was 3C CH, 2B > Gurren > sj.2C > Tsubaki > AD stuff Nobody used them because they were extremely technical and expensive. But they did good damage.

parallel universes is what was going on in continuum shift in CT it was all sequential but each one ended getting nuked til the last one, hence how rachel saw them all.

Well, Haku realized he was in love with her later. Or at least he realized the value of it. Yeah that's what I figured happened too. Except in one Bad End, the Black Beast actually comes out of the gate or something.

I always wondered, what happens to the timelines after the loop occurs. Nu and Ragna fall into Cauldron and go into the past ~> but what about the present? I remember for some reason it seemed like that timeline would get wiped out or reset. Or do they just continue living on in a world without Ragna and Nu.

The main difference between EX Haku and CP Haku is the scope of their goodness. By that I mean, EX Haku is just great across the board. CP Haku, on the other hand, is great in some specific areas; his advantages are focused on a point, like a knife. Most of the time he isn't going to be able to take advantage of the OD 9k combo but it's just there for those "oops I win" moments. It's obviously ridiculously strong but I'm not sure where he would be if he didn't have that since otherwise he wouldn't have as much explosive power. It's not something you factor into the average match but just the fact that it's there can mean something when gauging the character's strength. (Also someone mentioned Tao in CT. She ended up around A tier by the end of the game's lifespan, IIRC.)

I really liked how it looked, but it took forever to navigate it.
